I have just one question for you, if this is what Anthony Joshua thinks of the fight with Miller: This content is protected 8 seconds and 1 word to destroy your own sell of the fight... i dont buy usa fights anymore the fights dont start until 4.30 to 5am on sunday mornings and i leave for work at that time and why does eddie hearn think its a good thing to have uks biggest boxing star fighting on ppv at 4.30am in the morning ?
He is playing the long game, getting US exposure. He is forfeiting short term money, for the longer overall investment.
Plenty of foreign HW's have had success in America. Even if they had not, why wouldn't he try? Oh yeah, his potential biggest rival is American if he beats Fury? The guy is already massive in the UK, why not try to break in to other markets? You clearly have an odd understanding of the business of boxing.

Yes, I will pay for it. Due to: 1. I am a boxing fan 2. It's the number 1 HW fighting 3. Spending 20 quid and having a quiet night in watching the boxing is a lot cheaper than going out and will actually save me money. 4. I wont be a cheapskate and risk watching it on some jerky stream for it to cut out.
I have DAZN, and I'm an American, so I'll get it relatively cheap regardless. But if I lived in the UK, the answer would be an emphatic no. That being said, this is a decent fight, have no issue with it whatsoever.

I think its a decent fight but anything other than Wilder and Fury is going to look silly at this point. Millers compulsory trash talk over the coming press conferences will no doubt attract many on the fence and I think it'll do decent numbers. What does Miller do that AJ hasn't seen before? Nothing really, Miller's best bet is to just really rile up the sometimes mentally fragile AJ just like Whyte did.
The UK market has a lower ceiling which AJ has just about reached. The US market has a much higher potential ceiling if, big IF, he can find the right dance partner and the fight grabs the attention of some of the US fans who have tuned out of HW boxing. There are also other benefits, for example, US success would support Matchroom US and their deal with DAZN and AJ's corporate sponsors may be keen to see him grow his profile in a key market and could well incentivise him to do so. It is a reasonable fight, champion versus contender. I don't see anything about it that justifies paying subscribers being forced to pay out again when they have already paid their subscription fee.
You don’t need to be lauded, look at Lennox, he wouldn’t have made a fraction of the money he did if he’d stayed in Europe. The UK might have caught up a bit, but America is still by far the most lucrative PPV market.
