What does everybody think, he has the personality to pull it off.

No. McGregor has a whole country behind him play millions of ex pats / Irish descendants already stateside. Fury divides opinion so he will never have a full country behind him plus he simply isn’t as entertaining. McGregor during his rise was knocking out prime athletes. Aldo in seconds!

For me he can have a good level of success but not the size McGregor had. McGregor had the full package, looks, charisma and skill.

Plus he was in exciting fights, beyond the Wilder fight not many fury fights have been too exciting.

Who knows, but in terms of personality he is far more interesting and intelligent than Conor McGregor.

Have to say Conor had the huge advantage of the UFC helping to market him so it's probably unlikely.

I dunno, America has a rich vein of Irish influence. McGregor is like the walking, talking Irishman stereotype which probably contributed a lot to his popularity there.

Wilder 2 should be a cracker and Fury vs AJ or Whyte or anybody who has some go will be entertaining.

Fighting guys who are safety first or hopelessly over matched didn't help.

McGregor has had a few stinkers too tbf,

All depends on who he fights. Unless he beats the best then boredom will set in and he will be a flop. In reality there’s only AJ, Wilder, Whyte and Miller that will wet the appetite and I just can’t see any of those fights happening soon. Still love him to bits though!

Conor is a smarter showman Fury is more crude Conor copied Mayweather`s style of self promoting,he`s the master at press conferences, Fury`s pressers aren`t as articulate, Conor has more style and is more explosive in MMA than Fury is in a boxing ring, before Conor was defeated by Khabib he had an aura of invincibility, Fury has never had that.

Beating Miller is not going to make Fury a star, Miller is awful but the preser would be better than the fight.

He has performance wise but the fights were always life and def and exciting. Plus everyone knows he’s got a bomb in his left hand.

Conor is far more intelligent in press conferences than Fury is.

Yes a lot of people in Britain don`t even know who Fury is, Conor was invited on a popular English chat show (but didn`t appear on the show) Fury has never been invited on any English chat show, he and Fury just had a little squabble on an English breakfast show which has far less viewers than a prime time chat show. I don`t think Fury will get invited on a US chat show while AJ has already appeared on one already and Conor has too.
