A welcome addition to the Degale Eubank undercard. Stiverne may be useless, but as others have said it's a name and hopefully just the start of a big year for Joyce, who needs to get a move on at 33. Glad to see him boxing in the UK again, too.

Underrated - easy win for Joyce . Only thing going against his career is his age

I can't imagine it's easy to get Joe fights. Which top 10 fighter is going to agree to fight Joe unless there's a lot of money on the line....

Stiverne is a name, a former champ, they will play on that.....it's a good move for Joyce, he probably doesn't have many options

This either will make JoJo look like a prime Larry Holmes, completely jabbing Stiverne's face off until the stoppage, or a prime Tyson, knocking him over in one or two rounds.

Stiverne had only 2 things going for him, and that was a punch and a chin... now the chin is gone, and we don't even know about the punch yet because the last evidence of that was almost 5 years ago.

I see Sanchez say he wouldn't let Joyce fight Ortiz yet as he doesn't feel he's ready, which is a real let down

Looks like his path is marked out now. Stiverne then Charr/Oquendo.

Charr then, Oquendo might as well be a ****ing social construct

I read somewhere that Oquendo is out and it's Charr vs Trevor Bryan instead. The big regular/interim unification blockbuster is happening.

Good step up for Joyce and one I think he wins mid rounds, he’s not been a pro for long and I still think he needs rounds more than anything. It’s all very well knocking out past contenders but if you can’t do the 12 rounds then forget about fighting the current big boys

I’d like to see Joyce fight either kabayal, the Ortiz/hammer winner or chisora/Parker winner next
