It wasn`t prime Tyson but Tyson was even worse in their first bout.

Manny wasn`t throwing that many shots though, certainly not as many as he threw v Cotto etc.

Last time I checked, Canelo was the only one who had their back on the ropes in those 24 rounds.

So he initiated 90% of the action but still got dominated?
I remember Pacquiao going into survival mode after he was dropped by my man Skinny Hussein. Manny needed the ref to give him a long count and help him up then stopped the fight on a BS cut

Prime Tyson had his opponents going into survival mode in their dressing rooms and during their ring walks.

Floyd controlled the distance with illegal holding and bending below the belt.

Every time manny lunged in, floyd would bend below the belt, then initiate a hug, then ref would separate them again and boom “distance controlled”. The jab was **** tbh, it wasn’t a concern for Pac, it’s just one of those things he let land glancingly but the real damage of the fight came from Pac.

Watch carefully. If you understand boxing and the dynamics of it at all you’ll understand what floyd is doing here. Both moves h performs are illegal, either way he didn’t control the distance there with a jab.

Either take away points for hugging or don’t let him hug at all, results would be a loss for Floyd or get stopped. Tyson’s opponents employed the same tactic, so did wlad, so did Ruiz. It’s a cheat tactic that refs turn a blind eye to, but no different than hitting someone in the balls and turning a blind eye to it.

Clinching 20+ times and scoring with glancing jabs = dominated?

Taking nothing away from Tyson. But in the interest of honesty and fairness. Most LightHeavyweights would probably feel the same way when they're about to enter the ring against the #1 Heavyweight in the world.

I dont think for example, Gvozdyk would feel very much at ease during his ring walk to fight Joshua.

No, you've no idea. There's fear which everyone should have a little bit of which is healthy in a fighter. And then there's the fear of entering the ring against a prime 21yr old Tyson. That's a whole other sort of fear that most never face in their lifetime.
