    You mentioned last 4 fights, so let's do this again with all of their past 4 fights and from a neutral view;

    Fury:
Klitschko - Superchamp who Fury schooled in his own back garden - 100% credit to Fury.
Seferi - Old Cruiserweight, 1st comeback fight for Fury.
Pianeta - Shot heavyweight, never really was anything special.. fight made for Fury to merely get some rounds in.
Wilder - Incredible performance from Fury, exposed Wilder and was robbed of the W.

    Wilder:
Washington - Undefeated at the time tbf, but simply just an old ex-footballer who was never really a threat - was beating Wilder before he got KTFO.
Stiverne - Incredibly shot ex paper champ, needn't say more really?
Ortiz - 38 Years old at the time? Some say more like 50... Went life and death with him and nearly got KTFO, but DW stayed focused and got the KO - great fight and credit to Wilder.
Fury - DW got a couple of Knockdowns and remained focused to be fair, but in summary he got schooled and should have lost. Keep in mind, this wasn't a 100% sharp Fury...

    Joshua:
Klitschko - Old? Yes. But this is WK, who's always been incredibly well conditioned and was hungry for the win. Great fight, AJ did well to get the KO after being down on the Cards and climbing off the canvas. IMO, this was the best WK had been in a while.
Takam - Late replacement for Pulev, AJ dominated Takam who many consider a good fighter.. premature stoppage if you ask me but flawless win for AJ regardless.
Parker - Undefeated HW champ at the time, great performance from AJ. Would have preferred if the referee didn't break up the action as much as i'd imagine AJ would have got the KO, but oh well!
Povetkin - 39 Years old yes, but always been a great aggressive fighter who'd never been stopped before facing AJ. Even now I imagine he'd beat most heavyweights bar a couple.

Doesn't really matter till they all face each other anyway tbh, but I think AJ has faced the better fighters... Especially if you compare who they've all fought after 22 fights.

I watched arum on the 'Kel on boxing' this morning.
He said they are in the process of making wilder an offer. Could be more public relations spin but it seems Arun is looking to make the wilder fight asap
Pulev is acceptable I suppose if Tyson doesn't face wilder next

Of course Fury is popular in the US. Wilder has never been ppv in America agrees to f8ght Fury and suddenly its ppv at $65 a pop. Plus ESPN ate not going to pay him that money unless they know he is popular.

You make the mistake of thinking a good talker out of the ring equates to a popular guy within it.

Fury can do what he likes outside the ring, but within he defaults automatically to a low action, defensively minded, safety first, feather fisted dullard. That may sound harsh, but you and I know the reaction to fights like his effort against Klitschko went down terribly, even on 'hardcore' boxing fan forums.

Try as you might, you cannot turn 325,000 American PPV buys into a wildly successful number. So once again Tyson exists as an immensely popular figure in some odd periphery; a twilight zone heavyweight who's fans are adamant is selling tickets in a world which plainly doesn't really care.

That 325,000 was £58 a go. Oh, and you’re still thinking ‘before’ that 12th round. Think of the hours, days and weeks after that 12th round and now the investment from espn.

Anyway, doesn’t really matter either way. My head is on that boxing bill tomorrow, can’t wait. I’ll leave you to dwell on the numbers.

I think you'll find it does matter, and numbers do matter. If you're argument is 'ESPN are paying Tyson Fury a lot of money and therefore he's a financial attraction' that's fair enough. If it's 'ESPN are paying Tyson Fury a lot of money and therefore he's very popular' you're sadly mistaken I fear. At best you're yet to be proven right.

Let's see who is. My guess? Fury's next fight is a completely boring disappointment against someone who isn't called Wilder or Joshua. What do you think will happen?

Rumoured that the offer will be equivalent of £3m for Wilder which if so is much less than Wilder earned for the 1st fight so highly likely to be rejected.

Bob Arum says a lot of things.....

Bob Arum kept saying that the Pac/May fight is going to be imminent but kept on stalling while claiming Mayweather is "ducking", so he used Mayweather as a marketing gimmick to promote Pac.

Same thing , most likely , is going to happen with Fury, they will claim Wilder is "ducking" , wants too much money etc etc while lining up no threat cream puffs, rinse and repeat.

Arum aint no fool and contrary what so called "experts" on this board believe, throwing 5.789 punches a round while sticking your tongue out while getting put down twice hard and almost out aint no clinic...........Fury aint no fool either because he knows lighting never strikes twice and the possibility getting iced in the re match is real........both Arum/Fury want to make as much $$$$ with minimum risk and are going to use Wilder as bait for the gullible public as evidenced by Arums handling of May/Pac.

Tony will agree with your estimation of Fury’s punch output.
