When is Jaime Munguia gonna step up and fight someone good? He is already a world title holder and hasnt fought 1 decent 154lb fighter yet. All the good jr. Middleweights are on Pbc. He is fighting some club fighter Hogan next.

He could even fight Kell Brook since he is with Hearn. That would be his toughest fight, even better than Liam Smith.

Makes sense for both to fight. For Brook it's one last roll of the dice to dare to be great and 2 weight champion. For Munguia it will be a chance to fight a recognised name and proven WC fighter.

If Brook and Khan then both lose or both win then they can fight each other after for a final pay day.

Kids 22, there’s no rush with him.

Liam Smith is a solid name to have on your record at that age

Liam Smith is euro level. Munguia is a world champion, champion shouldn't take all tune up fights.

I would be surprised if he fights a top opponent not named Canelo

He should fight Kell Brook, very winnable fight.

32 fights, and a titlist, and still fighting bums. Wonder why Tank Davis doesn't get the same leniency. He has less fights, and has fought better opponents than Mungia has.

I agree, I've been saying that since he won the strap. If you're not ready to defend against the best in the division, don't fight for a world title. Giving mediocre fighters title shots over and over is terrible for boxing. Dennis freakin' Hogan, are you kidding me.? And I thought Cook and Inoue were bad, my lord.

Mungia is overrated. He gets beat by any of the top guys at 154 right now.

This ... they want to make sure the kid don’t get “Fernando Vargas’ed” especially since Fernando was levels above him at same age.

Smith literally held the same belt before Munguia.

Because Tank talks a big game, and thus far has looked good in the ring.
Munguia has also done some talking, but he has looked meh inside the ring.
