To be fair Charr and Fury had that stage meet up running into each other beef. Shortly after Tyson uncle who was still his trainer at the timing was prasing the WBA regular belt saying a legit world title and how it is prestigious title etc. Seemes like the fight was in the works, obviously not now.

If Fury’s next opponent isn’t Wilder then it’s very important to match him stylistically well with another opponent. He looks at his absolute best when a fighter is coming forward trying to take his head off. He’s a spoiler, much like the Mayweather’s and Wards were he blunts his opponents offence. Defensive, back foot fighters are no good for him. If there’s no threat of being sparked he will get bored and toy with his opponent which has Tony Hayes gleefully points out, isn’t the best eye candy for a casual audience. He’s the most skilful heavyweight in the world but the casual fan likes to see KO’s. He will get them if he’s matched right.

We could see him fight Parker next. He beat his cousin so the narrative is there, and by sounds of it Parker is keen to get a fight in diary.

Grasping at straws is for real here.....Fury straws.......he aint fighting anyone with a pulse anytime soon IMO but I am happy to eat crow if he actually does.

The most skillful Heavyweight in the world........throws more than a handful a punches a round and does not hit the deck multiple times to escape with a draw against what many on here call a total fraud and bum..........yet it appears that Fury turned down a 50/50 to rematch that fraud/bum......why is he running from easy money ?

Yes, the most skilful heavyweight in the world. You pick fights with Klitschko and Wilder (in which he won both) to highlight his punch output yet ignore his other fights like Hammer, Chisora etc who he absolutely pummelled into quitting. You’re seemingly ignoring his sublime footwork, his punch selection, his defence is brilliant, the ease in which he switches stances and fights just as well in both, the feints, ring IQ etc etc.

I have no idea what’s going on regarding the rematch. We’ll find out soon enough.

Officially, yes, it was a draw but anyone who hasn’t got teeth in their a**e will know that he should have got the win.

David Haye beat Chisora more convincingly than Fury did. And nobody thinks Hammer is that good.

Basically when Fury himself steps up to face anyone other than completely average opposition he reverts to a horribly dull safety-first spoiler.

He landed, what was it, thirteen more shots? And was down twice.

You can pretend 'ring generalship' made the difference, but your man Tyson doesn't win rounds convincingly landing five shots a round and it shows.

    This.

It is not hating, it is facts, Fury is a negative fight spoiler while barely throwing/landing anything against top opposition..........if Wilder is such a fraud how come Fury could not beat him in similar fashion Lewis handled Tua?

Fact; clowning, tongue sticking out and air hitting flickering jabs are not scoring points for Pro judges.

David Haye didn’t comprehensively outbox Chisora, yes, it was an emphatic knockout but it wasn’t a one sided beat down before that. Fury on the other hand utterly schooled him. He barely took a shot off Chisora. Actually, he schooled him fighting southpaw just because he can. That’s skill that. To make a fighter like Chisora quit is a massive thing.

We already established when you turned up on here that you don’t know how to score a fight. Can’t be be bothered repeating myself over it. You score fights on 1 factor, I do it on 4.

    See my posts to Tony.

Don’t think I agree there. There’s an argument that making a fighter as game and tough as Chisora quit is the ultimate victory.

Chisora comes to fight every time, he knows he risks being KO’d - it comes with the territory of his fight style.

For him to quit against Fury (an acknowledgement that there’s no way of him winning on points, risks a knockout and/or a sustained beating) is quite something for a fighter like Chisora.

The performance, particularly in Chisora 2, was so comprehensive and comfortable. It really was an impressive win in my opinion.

I think we're vastly overrating Chisora here. Haye won every round before he stopped him, Vitali won every round pretty much and Dereck seemed to pick up praise just for not being blown away. Pulev beat him easily.

I'm not saying Tyson didn't do well but it was only against Chisora in fairness.
