The 170 lb rehydration clause for the GGG fight was a stipulation from the IBF and Jacobs' failure to comply resulted in him not fighting for the IBF title (but the WBC/WBA were still on the line). Meanwhile, if Jacobs doesn't comply with this rehydration clause against Canelo, my guess he'll be fined $300k to $500k for each additional pound. I guarantee Jacobs will comply with the second weigh-in this time around.
