How close was Golovkin to knock out Canelo in the 10th round?

He came as close as Canelo came to stopping him when he bounded that right hand off his chin in fight #1. In other words , he came nowhere close.

 

Shadow said Canelo was never rocked by GGG but his definition of rocked was something along the lines "impactful shot lands, the crowd gasps". An impactful shot obviously lands at 40:10 and the crowd gasped.

Good round but can we put to bed this tiny little 154lb fighter up against the giants of the middleweight div,clearly he's a legit middleweight as this performance showed.

He had him hurt but Ginger can see Golovkin's power shots coming from a mile off so wasn't in any real peril of getting followed up and knocked out
