I think it'll end up on Sky. Top Rank have a deal with Boxnation for shows involving non British fighters. More likely to end up on BN than ITV.

    Cheeseman vs Garcia

    Sam Bowen vs TBA

Dubois vs Cojanu was a headline show but now it’s Yarde vs Reeves

    And Beefy vs Eggington

Other than the latter. Them first 3 Saturday night shows of the year are dreadful. Browne vs Allen with Chisora and Kelly on the undercard sounds a lot better than them first 3. I agree it’s not great but it’s an improvement.

Forgot about that one. So yeah Allen vs Browne looks half decent in comparison.

    This.

I think he's taken Eddie and Sky for a ride, dangling his signature for Khan Brook and using the interest to bag the Crawford fight instead. Sky have spent months building a fight that won't take place. I think they'd sooner save their PPV's for a contest they're controlling, so maybe they leave this one to the wasteland of ITV box office.

This also serves to demonstrate that Matchroom fighters are not exclusive to Sky which has been an excuse a lot of the Matchroom goon squad on here use to justify certain fights not happening.

Did you even read Benson’s tweet? This has to be sarcastic post surely.

I don't know. It would still do more buys than Frampton v Warrington, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them try it.

Yeah, it blows. Like Dubois-Cojanu is perfectly fine as a fight but no way should it headline. Same goes for Yarde although that fight is trash anyway.

Cheeseman v Garcia and Beefy v Egg are perfectly acceptable.

But to say it’s a quality card when we have one fight announced between 2 ponderous, out of shape heavys who get opportunities far beyond their capabilities. What are they? Top 50 in the world? And then two TBA match ups which could mean anything.

Yeah I agree. The words quality never once came out of my mouth. I’ve just said it’s better than most Saturday night **** we get.

Not really bothered about the mechanics of it all tbh,I just want to see the fight. If it's on late & I can't be messed to sit up/wake up I'll just watch it the next day, either way I'll get to see it

Ironically, it's probably the most PPV worthy fight matchroom have had in a long time. P4P no.2 versus the offensive, lightning quick Amir Khan. It'll be fantastic action until Khan is sensationally KO'd.

If this was in UK and sky pushed it, the numbers would be huge.

Khan following is just not that big anymore. Bellew proved to be a bigger PPV star, and Whyte is also currently bigger PPV star than Khan in the UK. Only way Khan makes a fight PPV in the UK is by fighting either Brook or Pac.
