    This is ridiculous !

IBF is bowing their head to a demand from a boxer and his promoter to shove their regulation and constitution up their asses.

A today's presser Jacobs said Golovkin was bigger than Canelo, and that he was bigger than Golovkin, when he was explaining Canelo has never fought a man his size with the exception of Rocky.

Actually they're making the IBF follow their regular rules and not their newish unification rules.

He looked thin and small next to GGG if you ask me.

GGG is a boiled down Super Middleweight. Looks like the walking dead making 160

Chavez Jr was bigger than Jacobs too

Hey, the OP was trying to take Pacquiao's hard earned status as the CW King away, so it needed to be corrected.

Canelo has had zero title fights that he's requested a CW for.

Canelo has had 6 Catchweight Fights:
    • Alfredo Angulo
    • Erislandy Lara
    • James Kirkland
    • Miguel Cotto (Canelo requested 156, but accepted CaneloWeight™ of 155)
    • Amir Khan
    • Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (164.5 pounds)
2 Rehydration Clauses (that we know of...)
    • Rocky Fielding
    • Daniel Jacobs
    2 Failed VADA Drug Tests

    Paid Judges
    • Austin Trout
    • Erislandy Lara
    • Miguel Cotto
    • Floyd Mayweather (lol)
    • Golovkin I and II
    Loaded Gloves

Canelo is clearly the CatchWeight King and he's now also the Rehydration Clause King.

    :deal:

Canelo is one of the biggest POS in boxing history.

    :deal:

Canelo demanded a catchweight of 156 for the Cotto fight, but then "accepted" 155, which was his own weight class known as CaneloWeight™ anyways. It was a title fight, you ****ing imbecile.

Unlike Fielding though, Jacobs had the kind of money where he doesn't actually need the Canelo money. Fielding needed the money, it was a once in a lifetime chance for him. It's not a once in a lifetime chance for Jacobs. If this is true, Jacobs should have held out and shown Canelo and his team that they can't mess him about.

This is also where GGG made a mistake. He had the power in the negotiations going into the first fight with Canelo, he just didn't realise it. He could have held out, and force Canelo to play by his rules. Remember, the division was owned by GGG at that time.

People shouldn't give in to Canelo's demands, because they don't desperately need the money that Canelo brings to the table. (Unless their name is Rocky Fielding)

According to Jacobs' nutritionist Chris Algieri, Canelo demanded that Jacobs undergoes more chemotherapy during the week leading up to the fight. Although it will help the weight cut, Chris is worried it might drain Jacobs in the ring and possibly give Canelo an edge.

    Pac drained them down?

Oscar called Pac out when Pac was at 135. Oscar hadn't fought at welterweight in how many years? And Pac had fought at 147 how many times. And... Oscar called Pac out.

You be dumb as rocks, bro. AGAIN — IGNORING FACTS.

Pac fought Cotto at 145. Cotto weighed in at 146 right in his last fight. There were no signs of being Cotto being drained. His eyes weren't hollow and his cheeks weren't sunken. Cotto looked huge and strong against Pac. His shots were brutal.

Floyd fought Cotto at 154 almost 3 years later when Cotto had moved up.
