Once Usyk moves up I believe he'll become the most feared. Not because fighters will think they'll get KOed or seriously damaged, but because there's the very strong possibility of them getting completely embarrassed and losing their belts/ranking/rep etc.
No excuses for either, if I was a HW and was offered the money they've been offered and the chance to win 3 World Titles (and IBO) i'd snatch it with both hands. If I was confident of winning, i'd fight for any money to get the belts.. With Whyte, it makes sense for him to build his profile further and get more money.. But on the other hand, if he's so confident of winning he shoulda taken what was offered - then reap the rewards as the champ, he knows this of course.. but fears losing and having to build up again, so he wants megabucks. What is comes down to - I don't think any of them are confident that they beat AJ, despite how much trash they talk.
Wilder's power isn't to be questioned. You can deny reality as much as you like. My question to you which was in bold, is how did Fury fight Wilder after a 3 year layoff? I keep hearing this repeated.
I am questioning Wilders power when he’s up against someone with a decent pedigree coupled with ambitions of their own, someone who believes they are better than him and can beat him. As for your Fury question, unless you count 2 exhibition fights against blokes ranked outside the top 100 then yes, a 3 year lay off. That said if you’re a Wilder fan you probably think those fighters are top quality
Lame excuse, excuse for what, teaching Wilder how to box, dominating the fight and getting robbed by Uncle Finkelfix judges
