Only at 175?

 

I feel Calzaghe would have a great chance againse all of them.

 

Ward and Kovalev would be a handful for all of them and Jones wouldn`t be able to take Kov`s punch or the right hand that put Kov in trouble in his second fight with Ward, I feel ndre would have beat Jones at 168 or 175. Hopkins would give all these guys trouble also.

I`d say it would be a case of inches and fractions between all of them but yes Charles was something else, funny I never used to think that as a teenager reading the ring because I didn`t have youtube and they made him sound quite ordinary, disgraceful pugilistic jounalism if you ask me.

 

IMO, Charles at his peak is the best light heavy ever. Though he would still have stylistic troubles (like every fighter).

It is so bad that he is constantly undersold, or not mentioned at all in most cases.

I feel Charles would lasted longer than Spinks did v Tyson and would have beat Michael at 175 and heavyweight, just a better fighter in most departments, he was brilliant.
