 Let's not play that game again.
Loma - Russell, Walters, Rigondeaux, Linares, Sosa, Martinez, Pedraza, Marriaga.
Crawford - Horn, Burns, Gamboa, Postol, Indogo, Diaz, Dulorme, Beltran, Prescott.
Inoue - Payano, Kono, McDonnell, Narvaez, Hernandez

Loma clearly deserves to be on OP's list. Definitely more so than Inoue. Inoue's entire claim to fame is his amazing 2014 run and what he has done now at 118.

Initially, I wanted to say Lomachenko, since he's been most people's pound for pound guy for years. But then when I think achievements, I can't think of anybody who has done better than Gonzalez and GGG.

When I think about who beat the most prime pound for pound guys the only name that comes up is GGG who beat prime Canelo twice. Mayweather's best win this decade was a green Canelo and an old one armed Pacquiao. While I think Kovalev deserved the W over Ward both times, his two fights with Ward didn't leave him with the clear margins of victory that GGG had over Canelo.

Inoue is doing great work but he shouldn't have taken his foot off the gas from 2015 to 2018. He needed one or two big names like Gonzalez, Estrada, and Rungvisai to really clinch top status.

Crawford is good but who's he beat? Loma is good but the only good guy he's beaten is Linares. If he'd beaten Garcia then he'd probably be a lock. If Garcia can beat Spence then turn around and beat Loma, it's him.

If Ward had more clearly beaten Kovalev either time, in a non-controversial manner then he'd be the guy, but he isn't. Most people thought he deserved to lose the first and should have been disqualified in the second fight. Without the Kovalev wins his career is a house of cards. Bika, Froch, and Kessler are good but hardly the stuff of legends.

Kudos to the thread starter for listing Bernard Hopkins twice and leaving Lomachenko off. What did Hopkins do in this decade besides beating Jean Pascal?

Pacquiao's longevity is admirable, but all of his best wins like Floyd Mayweather's are on the other side of 2010.

We've got a lot of guys with ATG skills and just good records this decade. #underachieving

Canelo should be in the mix. Expecially since theres a good chance he will end this decade with a string of good wins.

In the last 10 years, Canelo is 27-1-1. B-Hop is 6-3-1 with 1 NC. I love B-Hop, but Canelo has to be part of that list instead, no? Hopkins in the previous 2 decades...absolutely. But probably not the last 10 years.

if ggg could beat canelo in a 3rd fight, it would make all the difference. the win would come at the perfect time. beating the face of boxing at his his age, to regain his crown, after dominating his division for the past decade.
mikey beating spence and ending the year with a win over pac or thurman would make him the decades best, imo.
pac unifying crowns would also make me lean towards him for a second decade. that would just be more icing on the biggest cake in boxing today.

Stating most is a fabrication. How could you possibly know that? Bending over and looking for breaks is more deserving of DQ than anything Wrd done in that fight.
I watched that fight recently and Ward was immensely better than he was in the first fight. He lost the first 3 rounds clean but i think that was intentional. Every round after the 3rd was all Ward. Kovalev was unraveling from the hooks getting through on the inside.
The stoppage was premature but it never would have happend had Kovalv not bent over and sought time outs from legitimate body shots.
It was a victory marred by the ref , nnot by Ward , but it was a Ward victory he earned 100%.
I you ask me , Mayweater , usyk , Loma Crawford never fought or beat a guy that was a bad stylisticallc match upfor them. But Wrd did , and he went up a higher division for ti which is why i voted for him.

Won’t be the popular choice but based on achievements in the ring it has to be Ward.
