PBC ****ing sucks.

 

To be honest I expected the attendance to be lower since Lara isn't a draw.

 

Lara with Ortiz can draw a decent crowd, but it makes little sense to put them in Barclays. And Edwin Rodriguez should have been on instead of the featherweights.
Such a bizarre card. The main event was solid but Ortiz was given the worst possible opponent.

 

PBC should have swapped venues between the Porter vs Ugas fight ( have in the Barclays) and Lara vs Castano ( in the StubHub Center)

 

Well that isn't exactly what confirmation bias, means, but at least you didn't call me vulgar names and wish the pain of death on me and my descendants to the fourth generation. So I'm going to take this as an olive branch.

I love clean and effective punches but not when you are being hit 10 more times clean than your opponent despite laras punches being perfect placement shots. it would be 1. then castano would land about 4 ripping body shots. some will give lara the exchange but meh. laras legs are about done but he still has boxing IQ and good hands he isn't a total package anymore.
