I'm just telling you how it is.

Fury DIDN'T win the title. There are no MEMORABLE clips of Fury that stand out in anyone's mind, not even yours. More people have seen video of Wilder planting Fury into the canvas TWICE and standing there at the end retaining his title than any footage of anything Tyson Fury did in the fight. More people have seen Wilder flooring Fury than people who saw the whole fight.

And Tyson Fury walked away from the rematch that he had in his hand.

Wilder flattening Fury is the image we all have in our minds when we think of that fight.

That's how the fight will be remembered.

Because that's what's going to be replayed until the end of time.

2 knockdowns don't make a 12 round fight mate what ever way you cut it, he obviously got the best parts of the fight with the knockdowns, but you discount everything else ??

6th round fury walks through wilder marches him into the ropes showing wilders power on the inside no respect. He turned it on from that point. Crisp 1-2's. Fury was the aggressor from that point in the fight and dominated every moment bar 1 flash knockdown and one heavy one. You are right in saying the 12th round knockdown; but wilders credit is usually overshadowed by Fury getting up in most highlight I've seen.

Probably on the ropes with his hands raised when the final bell rang as he rang wilders bell with a right hand shortly before that in which had wilders legs shaky holding on ....:bash:

You mean the round Fury lost 10-8?

    (LOL)

The knockdown is what people will remember about the fight ... and is the only part of the fight MOST people will ever see.

Every time the Fury-Wilder fight is talked about, you'll see clips of Fury getting blasted into the floor. There are no highlights of Fury on the offensive that match that.

Fury can talk until he's blue in the face about how he "won" ... and it'll always be accompanied by video of him getting blasted to the floor ... and video of the announcement showing he DIDN'T WIN.

All the clips of him throwing 1-2's don't negate that.

He never should've walked away from the rematch.

What about the American commentator calling the fight? he said: "What! A split decision draw! Are you kidding me? A draw? Deontay Wilder was robbed tonight. He was robbed — two knockdowns — are you kidding me? A draw?"

I dont know what 2 knockdowns has to do with it. Fury wasnt hurt by either and won every round.

Nobody can argue that Fury won. Even Lou Di Bella said when interviewed that Wilder won by one round which basically means he thought Fury dominated bar the knockdowns. (And let's be real, that score that he said was not what he really thought, he knew Fury won)

When members of Deonkey's own team are saying that Fury won, you know who's won.

Actually the thing that people remember more is Fury getting up from the knockdown - hence the Undertaker meme that was doing the rounds. The Rocky meme was around Fury getting up as well - "it's not how many times you get knocked down, etc". Fury came out of that fight better than Wilder did. Coming back from the dead and then getting robbed. There's no doubt he won the fight.

That said, he's a ***** for running from another rematch.

I watched the fight objectively and had Wilder winning. It’s obvious that Paulie favors certain fighting styles. He might also have financial incentives as well as personal allegiances in the boxing world. So close rounds get given to his guy.

That’s the way most of you guys are on this site too. Except most of you guys are also drinking, betting fanboys who have have no idea what you are watching in the ring.

I, on the other hand, don’t have those biases and score based on the rules of boxing. Which is why I had Wilder winning the fight.

Most people seem to have Fury winning.

In terms of what people will remember about that fight is simple: a man that was inactive for a few years, struggling from obesity, depression, drug abuse, rolled off the couch, went to the champions backyard, schooled him, and showed the heart of a lion by getting up in the 12th, only to be robbed by the system. This is what people will remember, as this is what people are talking about.

Boxing history doesn't go by CLIPS , your a short spanner , I get it but unfortunately for you actual fans and historians that follow it will tell how Fury was robbed and how Wilder couldn't defeat a guy out of boxing 3 years ! #FACTS
