-In 2015 Ward sent an offer to GGG for a fight in the latter half of 2016
-Golovkin had his fight with Lemieux in Oct. 2015

It doesn't matter when Ward moved to LtHW as long as Ward was willing to meet GGG at 168 in 2016, and he sent a contract committing to 168 for 2016.

- GGG chose to fight Dominic Wade and Kell Brook in 2016 over Andre Ward.
-Andre Ward decides not to wait around for Lil G and moves up to fight Lil Gs bro Kovalev.

Ward sent GGG an offer in 2015 for a fight with in the latter half of 2016.

Loeffler has acknowledged that the offer was sent and he declined it, and states the reason why.

Loeffler's reason: The same as you have spouted like a blind sheep: That he was focusing on David Lemieux. Seriously? He rejects an offer to fight Ward for 2016 because his fighter is fighting DL in 2015? LMAO! Come on now... That's 100% an excuse to avoid Ward.

Ward returned as a LHW because the only fight he was interested at SMW was obviously a fight with GGG. When GGG rejected the offer he went to LtHW and wreaked havoc in the division.

I bet after Ward KTFO Kovalev GGGs team were relieved they rejected the offer.

 

Ward Also wanted a 50-50 split... that wasn't going to happen and is called pricing yourself out. It's a tactic a lot use. You'll learn. Doesn't matter though troll...Ward returned as a LtHW.
