Based on Résumé and Skill (as well as in there prime because Pacquiao isn't number 1 anymore)

    For me I have it

    1. Loma
Excellent skillset, beat two world champions last year and has now beat two top 10 pfp talents at the time. Underrated offense

    2. Crawford
His skillset is almost impeccable, he does everything well, his only downfall is he doesn't have a résumé as good as Loma's or

    3. Canelo
Now despite me thinking he should 3 losses instead of 1, he did beat GGG in the second fight, by my card 2 rounds, he also has an excellent résumé for his Age,
Cotto, GGG, Mosley, Khan, Chavez Jr, Trout and Smith. He's willing to fight the best and that's what boxing needs (however a corrupt drug cheat isn't)

    4. Usyk

An outstanding year for him in 2018 3 champions who were all undefeated at Cruiserweight. His skillset is very similar to Loma. Only time will tell how he does at heavyweight

    5. Josh Warrington

A very impressive boxer just beat two very good fighters who both had size advantages and was an underdog in both
Good skillset lesser than the other 4, tho

Sorry, what's your list? Don't worry, I won't be surprised when Garcia is number 1.

yes. i think that will put him at 1. bud will look good enough to hold his place. lomas lack of opponents will see him drop while canelos surplus of opponents will see him rise. i expect inoue to remain dominant as he keeps improving and gets recognized.

Why do people rank Loma high? Yeah he's talented but has not beaten any top fighter since the smaller Rigo

If Garcia beats Spence they should knock off Loma and put Garcia instead

Linares? Pedraza? That's two champions and he dominated both, only losing 5 rounds on my cards in both fights combined. I really think he's the best boxer since May, Pac and Marquez
