He was losing that fight at the time of the cut I don`t care what the judges said.

It was a great podcast but the Atlas one is way better IMO.

lewis might be having memory problems because he said he waited two years for the rahman rematch, but it was only a 7 month wait. they talk about it near the 27:51 mark. and lennox says that tyson was in his prime when they fought after joe asked him if he wish he fought tyson in his prime, he's in denial.

From approx the year 2008 (when I joined esb, could have been going on longer) until Idk maybe 2014ish (citation?) there was a constant back and forth over the outcome of Lewis vs Klitschko and the argument that it was stopped prematurely or that Klitschko was ahead on the cards and somehow that means he won. It was essentially a redundant argument however in spite of this it spawned several threads on the general forum per day even up to 10 years after the fight. The culmination was that regardless of how the judges had the fight scored it was irrelevant given that the fight was rightfully stopped with agreement from the referee, Vitalis corner and the ringside doctor. Consequently the phrase "TKO6" was born, which is the appropriate response to anyone trying to argue anything otherwise and any consequent threads on the subject were merged by @IntentionalButt into a TKO6 master thread, which was stickied (citation needed).

Vitali was dominating Lewis, although I think prime for prime Lewis beats Vitali. Lewis was lucky Vitali got cut. He wasn't walking out of the ring under his own power otherwise.

Call me crazy but I don't consider injury stoppages legitimate victories, especially if the "winner" was getting his ass beat.

I mean, it's only written in the rules of boxing. But I guess you, Ovids exile, are a higher authority than that.

Once again guys trying to re-write history in the age of instant video. Vitali was good for 2 rounds and they call it domination totally ignoring the beating Vitali's head was taking from that right hand that cut him open in the first place.

Good grief, that was ahelluva scrap! Two giant dudes just bombing one another! Either one of them might’ve fallen in the 7th due to sheer exhaustion. I don’t have a dog in this fight but thanks for posting that Willie :headbang:
