since the 4th and 5th best are nearly 40 year olds, Povetkin and Pulev, it is actually pretty pathetic.

No. Light heavyweight, middleweight, and super flyweight are much better.

It's not particularly stacked. It's just that the top and mid-level guys are all fighting each other now so we're starting to see some semi-competitive matchups again. In terms of talent it's actually quite mediocre.

He is talking about the division in general though and not individuals

It's not the best talent wise currently but as mentioned previously it's wide open so creates for a lot of fun

It's the only weight where all the money is, the current champs can sit back, watch all the contenders fight for the "BIG" cashout fight.

All an outsider will see if contenders fighting contenders, but there all gambling for a shot a the multiple jackpots

To be quite blunt. No. My personal pick is 175 which is stacked as **** and my only issue with it is Yarde

Is this list in order? if so, why is Joyce at 4 and not Whyte, Ortiz or Miller?

147 has the best top end in boxing and it’s not close.

Heavyweight used to be more fun, that's for damn sure. Too many fatasses and guys that can't box now.

The HW might be most enertertaining but it's not the most stacked - LHW is. HW, CW, MW and 147 are also stacked divisons.

LHW- Gvozdyk, Bivol, Beterbiev, Kovalev, Jack, Alvarez, Browne, Barrera, Smith Jr, Kalajdzic and Buatsi.

CW - was the best but with the Bellew retirement and with Usyk and Gassiev going up to HW the standard of quality will drop. It still has Briedis, Dorticos, Glowacki, Masternak, Kudryashov, Wlodarczyk, Makabu and Lebedev.

LHW has 11 names. . The OP listed 26 names. A division with 26 names is more stacked than a division with 11.

175 is a good division but the fights aren't great and none of the top guys are fighting each other. If they were it would be the best , but they're not.
Gvozgyk who is #1 in the division currently has no wins against any of the top 10 since Cleverson retired.

I don`t feel it`s wide open, Ortiz is a wild card and so is Usyk, the top 3 are clearly better than the other fighters in the division but between those 3 it`s wide open so I feel you are half right and it is the most interesting division but I don`t think the most important fights will happen, we`ll have to wait to see what comes from Wilder`s talks with DAZN.
