Lewis is a pretty good commentator. I never understood the hate he got when he was on HBO.

    Round 1 Stanionis 10-9

Figueroa had some success shoeshining a few times, but ES caught with with several brutal left hooks o the body and rocked him with a hook up top to win the first clearly.

    Stanionios Rd1 10-9.

Stan walked Figueroa down and hurt him late in the round. Figueroa better figure something out or he is getting stopped.

Figueroa letting his hands go and getting countered in between flurries, he ate some monstrous left and right hooks to the head, and several grisly uppercuts, this isn't going to last long.

    Staninois R2 20-18

Stan hits Figureoa with an uppercut, forcing Figueroa to drop his hands. Stan lands a right hand which hurts Figueroa. Figueroa lands a good right hand that doesn't seem to have an effect on Stanionois. If Figueroa doesn't start blocking some of these shots, he isn't going to last much longer.

Closer with Samuel outworking ES through much of the round, but Eimantas' clean hooks up top even the playing field.

    Staninois 30-27.

Better round from Figueroa, managed to get some nice combos in against Stan. Stan gave as good as he got and landed the heavier shots IMO.

    Round 4 Stanionis 10-9

Figueroa comes out giving him angles, and turning him, then Stanionis pounds him to the body several times with a left hook, ushers him around the ring with his stiff jab and unloads on him for the last two minutes, Figueroa is fading.

    Staninois 40-36.

Figueroa looked good early in the round when he moved against Staninois. Once he became stationary, it was target practice for Stan. Figueroa has shown a good chin though, Stan has landed some heavy shots and Figueroa hasn't been close to going down.

Same as the last round, SF flurries, Eimantas lands two massive left hooks to the ribs, invalidates everything Samuel throws, Eimantas pinned him on the ropes and pounded him for last minute.

    Staninois 50-45.

Staninois reminds me of a poor man's GGG (although he has no jab). He's very front-foot heavy, pressure-type of fighter. Anyways, more of the same, Stan just pounded on Figueroa, who occasionally landed a couple of shots on Staninois in between the pounding.

This is war between a guy with a flyswatter and a ball peen hammer. Figueroa has a hell of a chin, nothing he does effects ES, but most of what ES lands is thudding.

    60-54 Staninois.

Again, when Figueroa moves he looks good. But he seems to find the ropes around the 1:30 mark and just gets pounded to bolvion. Good action fight but this looks like an 80-72 type of fight for Staninois.
