I'm not sure how you can be "exposed" in sparring, it's there for helping to improve on weaknesses and refine your game.
Yeah, based on that sparring footage, let's pull Miller out of the title fight and put his sparring partner in with Joshua instead, shall we?
Every time his guard was down -- IN SPARRING -- he was (A) fighting a much smaller, shorter, and less powerful fighter with nowhere near the power HW's possess. If he starts doing those things in-fight and makes a bad habit of it, especially against taller and rangier boxers that have the power to KTFO, then be worried if you're a Miller fan. From the pro fights I've seen, he just barrels forward behind a high guard and displays some semblance of upperbody movement and fluidity, with the end result being him getting in his preferred range and grinding down or straight smoking whoever he is fighting. As the dumbass said himself, "I know it's just a light spar from years ago...…." FFS!!

What a waste of time looking back at former sparring clips of all things to try and get a read on how a fight between Miller and AJ is going to go. Anyone else thinking of doing it, save yourself the time, and just know Miller is going to be what he always is in the ring and against AJ he's all but ****ed in the mouth and cheeks. I'll be surprised if he can even hold his guard up after 3-4 rounds if AJ comes out attacking and bombing away at his arms. He has the type of power to drop anyone's guard in boxing.

How is this fight still 3 months away... I never liked AJ, but privately my respect and appreciation for him was growing because he at least did his job and actually fought. Unlike Wilder and ****ing Fury, he was taking matches consistently and frequently. 9 months with no fights? What the **** happened?
The guy in most of these clips was also sparring for Kickboxing with shinguards on. This was years ago and a totally different sport if he was as dreadful as being made out in these videos he would of been exposed a long time ago.
