It would be huge blow to his reputation, but he could come back from it. He is young. If he looses his 'killer' rep, it may open up some fights with guys like Thurman and Porter, hell even Crawford too. I think it hurts Haymon a little too. Showtime may benefit as they may try to really push Mikey being a PPV fighter. The only group it would hurt bad is the Learning Difficulty Bozo Cult - they would scramble for cover with excuses then eventually abandon Spence for dust.
Pacquiao would stop Lipinets in under 6. It would be a horrifying beatdown of epic proportions. Mikey walked through hell and had his face rearranged to beat Lipinets. Pacquiao outboxed Bradley. Bradley would outbox Mikey.
GGG fought a roided-to-the-gills Canelo who also had paid judges. Floyd fought a DRAINED prepubescent Canelo at a CATCHWEIGHT coming off of a gift decision over Trout. Keep the same energy.
No not at all but it will be a huge setback, highly embarrassing for him, and it'll just prove he's even more overrated than I think he is. Don't get me wrong, I think he's a very good fighter, but he's literally fought one world class fighter his own size (Brook) and it was hardly the best version of them, that just leaves career 140 pounder notorious feather fist Algieri who was 1-2 in his last 3 fights, career 140 pounder Lamont Peterson who should've been 1-2 in his last 3 fights, and 42 y/o notorious feather fist Leonard Bundu. Algieri and Bundu aren't just notorious feather fists, they're Paulie level feather fists. He doesn't even deserve to be ranked in the P4P top 10, let alone as high as top 5 as many of his fans have him ranked and I've seen plenty who have him ranked in the top 3 and more than a a few who have him as high as #1 or #2, I'm really not joking lol.
