Does Spence look a little "deflated" to any of you?

    For this fight, it appears he "might have" had a less than optimal weight cut. We're still a few days out, but it seems clear he's going to have a tough time staying at '47 in the near future.

    Only saw a picture of his face lately, but still had the same idea.
    He probably looks fine on fight-night though, when he rehydrated around 20lbs

    Tbh he was cutting right before the brook fight (both where) he be fine he was the same in past fights. It all comes down to does the body respond like before when he is cutting like he has done before.

    Hmmm... good points, guys.

    Guess we'll see how he looks + what happens on fight night. This one seems like a genuine 50-50 affair for me (for several reasons). May the best man win.

    This happened before the Brook fight too. His reinflation valve is located under one of those massive nipples. Come fight night they just hook up the helium tank to the air compressor, fill the ballast tanks, he makes weight and all is well.

    To be fair, he always has that "sleepy" look. But after viewing his recent (light) pad workout, I do see what you mean.

    I've been saying this. Spence has been looking super skinny. His days at 147 are almost over. Maybe 1 more fight at 147 after Mikey.

    I mean, he's not a small WW, look at his frame. he won't make WW much longer, I think if he gets a Crawford or Thurman shot, he moves up immediately after. He's definitely big enough to compete at JMW.

    I don't care much for fights, I care only for two things: 1) body language evaluation 2) judging how difficult the fighter is finding the weight

    That really gets my dick hard.

    He'd be an absolute terror/monster at JMW. I agree, he ain't making 147 any longer, just this fight and at most one more after this fight. I bet the farm he puts Jarrett Hurd on the sportscaster top 10 highlights of the day, hes probably plank him so bad had be the sportscaster "play of the day" and feature in a lot of future most brutal KO clips. And Charlo......... Sends chills down my spine just thinking about how badly he would strong-arm rob Charlo of his health and career.

    Nowhere near as satisfying as a decent analysis of promoter revenues over the previous fiscal period coupled with an in depth discussion of likely shifts in broadcast demographics and the resulting impact on advertising budgets.
