Don't like Mayweather's chances here, Napoles was a real slickster his awkwardness and movement wouldn't bode well for Floyd's potshots. Should Napoles move to his left he'd be able to land the right hook and cross, he'd get inside the guard and ruin that '0'. Napoles UD 12/15
I feel Mayweather was one of the top 10 fighters p4p of all-time, Napoles was rated by the ring magazine at No.15 in a list of the top 50 fighters in the last 50 years in a 1996 edition of the famous magazine, I`d say that`s about right, but Napoles would be by far the slickest fighter Floyd ever fought seeing how Napoles was so much more skilled than the guys Floyd fought, Napoles also did better at middleweight v an ATG than Floyd would have but at wlter I would lean towards Floyd in a classic.
Napoles. Floyd never fought somebody that slick. Napoles wouldn’t do the things Floyd wanted and he’d win a decision. Close, but clear.
Napoles clear. Don't see the the low work rate helps Floyd here at all. Napoles to slick for the old WW's Floyd fought
Napoles was closer to his peak at welterweight. He would destroy all of Floyd's welterweight opponents, with the only possible holdout being Mosley. While I doubt he could maintain the same level of consistency as Mayweather, I would favor him in a showdown at that weight. I could even see it being a clear victory for Mantequilla. It gets murkier near Floyd's prime divisions, but Jose would always be in the fight, especially if he were to apply tank-like pressure.
I think Napoles stops him late, if he doesn't tire from running first after he swaps with a very slick fighter
I said Napoles would destroy them, as in stop them in brutal fashion. I believe Mosley would tough it out in a one-sided loss.
