Look at the opposition Canelo faced. The ghost of Chavez jr. a WW Khan, Rocky Feilding, etc
The only good fighters Canelo faced arguably Kicked his ass, Lara ,Trout GGGx2.
BTW I never call any boxer a bum. they put their lives on the line every time they climb through the ropes. That's why I detest the cowards that have to cheat to "win"

You've called Wilder a bum, you've also called Canelo a bum.. And you're also a big Margarito apologist.

GGG doesn't want to fight Canelo anymore since GGG knows that the only way he can beat Canelo is to knock him out.

Margarito attempted to break the rules. He was going to use illegal gauze pads that had hardened according to witnesses.

The "witness" was that lying POS Richardson who claimed "PLASTER BLOCKS" fell out of Margarito's wraps. No one else saw them. But the CSAC banned Tony for 2 years on his word. Read the lab report on the wraps. All there was in there was a soft damp used gauze pad which the report deemed HARMLESS!! But it was too late the CSAC had already banned Tony

Good defence, chin and scoring bias is such an effective corruption model. It worked for Mayweather too. Everyone puts up with it thinking they'll just go for the KO, and then it never happens and they lose.

I think the first fight Golovkin thought Canelo wouldn't handle his power. Canelo's defence and chin held up. In the second fight Golovkin thought he'll jab and box to points victory. Nobody scored his jabs. Now both have failed maybe this time he just goes in maul mode, I suppose.

I suspect that Golovkin could actually drag Canelo into a wild brawl if he really put it on him, not just applied usual controlled pressure, but behaved like he did in the Brook fight. Canelo is a hot head and would try to 'out man' Golovkin and in the process his defence might go to ****. That might be the strategy to use this time. But Golovkin has to red line it and goad and taunt Canelo in the ring.
