    How tall is Garcia, 5'6? 155 at 5´6 is not a bad at all. And he definitely needs some size to combat Spence.

    As somebody that has lifted weights for the past 10 years and been an active member of the bodybuilding forums, I can tell you that its pretty much universally accepted based on all the scientific data that the maximum amount of lean body mass you can gain per month while following a bodybuilding routine specifically aimed at building muscle is no more than 2lbs per month, Bare in mind that rate of growth is the maximum shown in any studies and refers to the genetically elite of the study participants, many people don't grow at that rate, not only that but the rate of 2lbs per month also in regards to newbie lifters in their first year of training. Considering mikey has already moved up a number of weight classes and has done strength and conditioning for many camps before, there is no chance he is gaining anything close to 2lbs of lean body mass per month naturally.

    I think it's being overblown. Spence is simply a big frame guy. I don't think he's struggling or laboring, he said he's already on target (which is a good thing if true). He won't have to stress about it.

    For his last 4 fights? Anything from 146-150, definitely 149 if not 150 because that's how much he weighed for his last one against Easter.
