    Schaeffer is krazy

Mikey & Spence arent well known outside of hardcores

Only fights with Canelo/Floyd/Pac have done 1 Mil plus

I say between 300-350k PPV buys

    Similar to Wilder/Fury

he sounds like hes being honest about what he sees, as one of the best people in the world to make such a prediction. i will predict 475k.

I think it does well, it has been promoted reasonably well and is on St Paddy's day weekend so I think it does 5-600k.

Not once in the history of boxing PPV, have two guys making their PPV debut cracked 400k.

FFS, neither guy can crack 1mil on regular SHO. And now together they are going to sell 1mil in PPV?

And no, it doesn't matter which network it´s on. PPV is PPV.

Trust me, I have looked at both guys numbers and the PPV numbers. I said before Fury-Wilder that there was no way they were getting 400k. It has never happened with two guys making their PPV debuts.
I am not bothered to look up the numbers again.

Adrien Broner does better numbers on regular SHO than Garcia and Spence. Yet he and Manny did 400k. How the **** are these two going to crack that? And don't get me started on the 1mil BS.

The fight is getting more attention than people think. It will be big and quite possibly top a million PPV. Plus it will probably live up to the hype.

I agree it doesn't get to 1 million but I believe that several times when both fighters making their ppv debuts buys have exceeded 400k.

    On home PPV;
    Tyson vs Spinks - 700k
Holyfield vs Douglas - 1 million
Martinez vs Chavez Jr - 475k

    UK PPV
    Joshua vs Whyte - 475k
    Hamed vs Molina - 420k
    Haye vs Valuev - 469k

Going further back onto closed circuit PPV'
    Duran vs Leonard 1 - 1.5 million
Holmes vs Cooney - 2 million

It hasn't happened many times granted, but it's not outside the realms of possibility this does 500+, both fighters have some mainstream value and it's a big weekend to have it on.

It really doubt it even breaks 500k.

I've literally have not heard anyone talk about it outside of boxing platforms.

They've done a great job promoting it to us dedicated fans, but at least here in L.A. I don't hear much buzz if any at all.

Just looking at that list though, the only one to really compare it to is Martinez vs Chavez Jr - 475k and I know I was far more hyped and felt more people were hyped going into that than this fight. Maybe it does 300k, who knows, we'll see in a few weeks I guess.
