The other guy was a light heavyweight. Onoriode Ehwarieme is a 6'7" boxer who could actually fight as a cruiserweight.. Crazy.
Makhmudov knocked out Avery Gibson in 1 round. Idk how they go about moving him from this point. You’ve gotta wonder if even it’s going to be possible for him to gain valuable experience without going straight for the top 30 or so, all of whom I’m sure will just be so eager to fight him.
He only fought complete bums and got tagged as well. Let him fight guys like Kingpin to see if he's the real deal.
I wouldn’t classify Gibson or even Bergman as “complete bums.” Gibson had never been stopped and took some rounds off Hunter and Teslenko. He did get tagged though by a punch he mostly rolled with. The one flaw I’ve noticed with him is that he’s almost Wilder like once he’s got someone hurt- he just goes berserk. though you can get away with that when the guy’s wobbling around like a drunk giraffe.
If he was some 20yo ok, but he is the best boxer of AIBA pro series.Better than Hrgovic in these series. With hundreds of wins in amateurs. He is not with "good power but no skills".If this was the case, he wouldn't had so many big wins in amateurs and semi pro in AIBA + wins in 1 rounds now in profi, noone beat guys he knocked out faster than him(and these guys fights with Kean, Huner, Alfonso, Teslenko, Parker, i'm sure the names will gain more and more, and he wil be the best agaisnt every opponent compared to all of them).
I just looked up their records and they are indeed better than I thought. Still, let him fight someone durable next to see if he truely is the real deal.
