Hes probably never going to be the same. Virtually nobody can ascend up the weights like that and fight the top guy at the weight. And he took a pretty hard beating. He will feel like he just got ran over by an 18 wheeler tomorrow.

I think Spence won't get the credit he deserves because of the size difference and weightclass.

Spence Jr outboxed Mikey, it wasn't brute force that's won that fight, his jab was excellent at times, his timing was very good, he got his range early and controlled the distance throughout.

People were picking Garcia before the fight, it wasn't as if Garcia was a 33/1 underdog, he came in with a chance, 4 weight world champion so you can't just turn around and take a leak on Spences Win, that's a little off in my opinion.

Spence Jr was the bookies favourite and fought like one, he actually looked like a bigger favourite than he actually was.

 

Obviously, and it’s only your bias that gave Mikey the first three. Mikey is and always was overrated garbage, Salido is still his best win.

Manny would land some eye catching shots with how Errol backs straight up, but I agree in not wanting to see it.

Spence is a nightmare for smaller fighters. He's got a Margarito esque attitude, conditioning, and work rate, but hes more skilled and better defensively.

It's going to take a counterpuncher with power and timing to really make him pay. I think Bud is the guy. Other than that, he'll have a field day with the current crop at 147.

 

I don't think he convincingly won any of the rounds, unlike the Spence rounds, even though I scored the second for him. Don't think it's a stretch to score it a complete shutout. I am a massive Mikey Garcia fan - would love nothing more than for him to have won that fight, but he was dominated for virtually all of that fight. It was as one-sided as they come.
