Not at all man, you are being over dramatic about everything right now and forgetting that many fighters have traveled through weight classes and beaten the top guy outright. In case you forgot because your adrenaline is up, watch this fight to calm yourself down and remember that lightweights have beaten welterweights before. I I know that. I saw Sugar Shane Mosley best the Golden Boy. But clearly Mikey is not a WW and never will be unlike Mosley, or Duran. Mikey is not even a real JrWW, he's a true LW. Spence is aWW who has to cut a lot of weight to make weight. This fight played out just like I predicted with Spence carrying Mikey.
Spence promised to hurt him. He never said he was going to fight him ad if Mikey was a devastating WW puncher.
Size played a big factor no doubt. Though Id probably favor Spence to win even if they were closer in size. I just think hes better. Just imo
Mikey looked small against Broner. Spence looked as big if not bigger than Brook who is a big WW. LW vs WW Few have accomplished this.
Size didn't win Errol this fight....skill did! He would have beaten Mikey at 135. Beside Mikey called him out, not the other way around....Spence did what he was suppose to do, except the fight, take the career high pay on PPV and deliver an asswhooping.
Canelo is multiple levels above Rocky. Mikey is possibly a better boxer than Spence, but he is way too small for him. This was a 74.99 sparring session.
They are both good fighters sometimes size does play a big difference in sports. I mean this example is extreme but as children Michael Jordans brother was better technically at basketball in every way than his brother. but... growth sport size mattered. now size doesn't always mean everything in boxing. but in the case of this fight. in order for Mikey to beat spence he had to be WAY better than spence. as it stands skill wise they are pretty damn even and I think it's a 50/50 fight if they were the same size. Credit to both fighters. Credit to Spence for beating a great fighter but you can only give it to much credit. Let's neither Overrate it or underrate it. it's kind of just a... I don't even know it was always a lose lose situation for him. I was impressed with him but not extremely. Him vs Pac is also weird.. too old if he wins it's hard to give a lot of credit but people need money too.
