Yeah, I think he would. He's so good at controlling range and would of course have a big advantage in reach and height. He's got speed, power, strength, precision and timing - everything you need to make it hell for a smaller opponent trying to get in. I think both Floyd and Pac would find it significantly harder to dominate today's WW division. In fact, my guess is that they wouldn't. Especially not Pac. No shame in that, though. The guy was never really bigger than a LW. If he had wanted to, he probably could have had a great career never going north of 130 lbs.
Spence beats prime Pacroid. Spence beats everyone that Pac fought at welter as well. The guy that would give Spence problems was Paul Willliams, due to the height, reach, and gas tank. He could stick and move while throwing a ton of shots for 12 rounds.
I'd give Floyd a much better chance. He actually had as long reach as Spence and didn't give up that much in height. So he should be favorite, definitely. But according to Rahman jt he seems to have more than held his own in sparring with Floyd: This content is protected
lmao he wouldn't beat prime pac please... he was getting beat by brook until his eye failed... if he had trouble with brook a prime fast pac would school him 9-10 out of 12 rounds.
Smh mvc I'm with you man Im a Spence fan as well but dammit man you make Spence fans look bad saying this crap. What if Spence struggles with old pac. They will hold it against you smh
Yes the Pac that threw 1200 punches per fight and had fighters far tougher than Spence running or turtling up in a shell would get brutalised by Spence. Please, if this fight was to happen now the odds would say its a toss up, and thats with a well past it Pac, yet alone a prime one.
