Is he ? I keep seeing everyone saying he should move up to 160 or 168 or to 154 .now i do think a fighter should only move up once he has dominated the division or no one wants to fight him or he can't make weight anymore . The way I see it if Spence can get the Pac fight then get it .Or unify with porter however if he can't get any fights he should move up to 154 and chase to being a two division champion.

No. As long as he can make the weight he can’t be called a weight bully. Canelo on the other hand, who was forcing a catch weight on his opponents at 154 when he could no longer make the weight was a weight bully.

He fought a hard middleweight puncher like GGG until Spence does that he has no argument on this subject I don`t think he can beat Bud either.

No, hes not. He almost looks emaciated fighting at WW. So yea, naturally I think hes fighting below his natural weight class, but I think hia efforts to make WW are a hindrance as opposed to an advantage whwn he fights at welter. I think his best weight and his physical and overall peak is at 154-160.

Unfortunately his competitiveness has gotten the better of him IMO, and he has stayed at WW far past his sell-by date in the hopes of getting fights with Thurman, Crawford, and Porter.

He WILL move up to both 154 and 160 at some point, and when he does -- look out because he is REALLY going to be something extra special then and at those weights. I think he, Crawford, Mikey Garcia, Lomachenko, Usyk, and Joshua end up being the moat elite and special fighters of this generation.

What evidence were people using in the past to claim he was a weight bully? Maidana and victor ortiz both weighed around 165lbs ( confirmed ) on fight night, vs floyd mayweather. Has it been confirmed Spence gets bigger than this?

Errol makes 147 easy and coasted through 12 easy rounds while throwing over 1000 punches. He clearly wasn't drained at all. Errol is fine at 147, the only people calling him a "weight bully" are people who don't like him. Cutting weight is part of the game, always has been, always will be.

I'm telling you flat out a d unquestionably -- Errol Spense Jr. is a special top5 p4p champion right now who very well could become -- maybe even probably will become -- this generations p4p #1 fighter. Hes that great. FWIW, I think ESJ could move up to both 154 and 160 and become undisputed champion at both. Danny Jacobs and Canelo are really the only 2 I see giving him any difficulty, I think GGG has declined too much at this point as far as speed and reflexes go for him to be that much of a threat to Spence. GGG was never a speed demon but what he did have in his prime coupled with his skill, power, and IQ made him a great and special fighter. I still think hes a great fighter but not what he once was and I think Spence is too much for him at this point in their respective careers.

I'm a shameless Demetrius Andrade fan -- knew him as a kid while growing up and when he is on and puts it all together, I know what hes capable of and when that happens there isnt a fighter in his respective weight class that can beat him. Spence, stylistically, is his biggest nightmare and achillies heel. If they fought 10 times at 160 I think Spence wins 8 or 9 and DA wins 1 or 2 times. Andrade is so talented and athletically gifted and so unconventional that I think on his perfect night he is unbeatable at MW today. But perfect nights like that are hard to come by and I just tthink Spence and his vastly superior fundamentals and punching power would be too much for Andrade on all but his best and most perfect nights.

If he moves up to 154 he'll have to face guys like Hurd or Munguia who are natural 168'ers (if not more) who drain themselves to 154. Everyone has to fight 2 or 3 class south of their natural weight these days. This is a long debated topic among the boxing community which no one with the authority seems to care about.

I wish I could like this post 10 times, bud. I have zero to add. Except, to me, Spence-Andrade is a 50/50 fight because of Boo Boo's size and because Andrade smothers power better than anyone in boxing. I love Andrade, he is a goofy, funny, cool dude. I desperately want to see him get a chance at one of the big hitters at MW. I think Boo Boo is really good and really under rated.
