By fresher I meant not as shopworn, and fighting at a weight class too high. Crawford isn't flawless. He's not better then Floyd was. He wouldn't have beaten De La Hoya. You can be a fan, but don't let fanboyism cloud your judgement. Outside of Postol, who was god awful, Crawford beat nobody of note at 140. He has the softest resume out of any pound for pound guy in recent memory.

Spence...by a butt hair. I honestly keep going back and forth. It's a fight I desperately want to see and I literally don't care how much I have to pay. Please, please, please let this fight come to fruition late this year.

He was undefeated at that point in his career. He had been down once as a pro and he went down FOUR times that night. Quit acting like he was a shot fighter. No one said he was "Floyd" or "De La Hoya." He doesn't have to be because neither is Spence, Porter or Thurman. I promise you Crawford has not ducked anyone and he will fight any of them. Funny Mikey could have had Crawford at 140 but he was no where to be seen.

he skillfully used his size. he used his length, to stay inches out of mikeys danger zone, and his boxing ability to keep himself there.

    Don't make promises you yourself can't keep.:nonono

Bud re-signed with Top Rank, as far as I can tell...or am I wrong?

Surely Buddy Boy must have known who were on which side of the welterweight fence before he made that decision, don't you think?

He is 31 years old now.

He is fighting Amir f*ckin Khan.:ohno

Who's next after Khan?....maybe Bob can lure Bradley out of semi-retirement.:risas3:

I'm not into PBC that/Top Rank this sh1t and other pretend-business-manager nonsense.......but if Bud really wanted the fights against the top welterweights would he really have chosen to stay with Top Rank?:ohno

Spence is the better fighter at Welterweight, while Crawford may be the better fighter overall. I think Spence wins a tight decision.

Not sure why the hyperbolic statements though. As if one is going to run through the other. Come on now.

Softer than Chenko or Golovkin, pre Jacobs? I don't see that.

I like Spence and have long picked him to win. The fact he turned out Mikey Garcia doesnt do much for me however.

After what i saw i have to take Crawford on points.

Clear 7-5 fight with one judge pulling the lever on 8-4.
