How many Welterweights from 2000-2019 can beat THIS Errol Spence right now?

Boxing is never 100%, anyone can win given the right circumstances, but I'm talking who beats him more than 50-50?

Some notable Welterweights since the millennium and my guess on who wins the majority. Spence has now demonstrated against top class opposition he can fight in different ways, come forward pressure fighter (throwing 1000 punches a fight), and boxing on the outside with a crisp, hard jab.

    Felix Trinidad (Spence 55%)
    Ike Quartey (50-50)
Oscar De La Hoya (De La Hoya 52%)
    Shane Mosley (Spence 52%)
    Floyd Mayweather (Mayweather 55%)
    Paul Williams (Spence 60%)
    Miguel Cotto (Spence 60%)
    Anotonio Margarito (Spence 70%)
    Manny Pacquiao (50-50)
    Keith Thurman (Spence 85%)
    Terence Crawford (Spence 52%)

When Spence loses, he is going to get **** on by everyone. People always do this, a young guy is a beast and undefeated, called GOAT, looked at as a diety, then loses and comes back to reality.

    But I'll bite:
    - Pacquiao beats him.
    - Floyd beats him.
    - Mosley beats him.
    - Paul Williams was a matchup nightmare for anyone.
    - Oscar beats him.

I want to say Pac beats him, Pac was my favourite fighter. Truth is, Pac excelled at 147 vs guys who came straight at him. I'm wondering what wins Pac had at 147 that Spence wouldn't be able to do himself. I think Spence would have beaten that Cotto, that Margarito (150), that Clottey, that Marquez, that Bradley. Which win of Pac's makes you so sure? You can say the same, for vice versa, Spence's best win is hunting down and beating up a very game Kell Brook. I'd put Brook and Cotto wins as similar for Spence and Pac. Spence just holds physical advantages over him

Mosley never had a jab, his success vs Spence depends entirely on his speed and power, sure, he could have got it done.

Williams I've seen outboxed by Quintana, Lara and Martinez, I'd put Spence on their level.

Brook is nowhere near the fighter at WW that Cotto was. I don't think those are that comparable. Williams is really a wild card, sometimes he looked great, other times not so much. We need to see more of Spence.

I think its a bit early to be comparing him to many of the guys on the list! Wanna see him match up against the top guys of this generation first.

We cannot say for sure what the outcomes will be until Spence fights the rest of the top guys of his era. What we do know is that he is also a highly skilled technician. he was like Floyd on Saturday.

Look my man, he's beaten a war torn Brook and a former featherweight. Pump the brakes a little, I'm here to bring some sanity to this thread.

Spence gets KO'd by Felix Trinidad
Spence wins via UD against Ike Quartey
Spence loses via SD to Oscar De La Hoya
Spence wins via SD against Shane Mosley
Spence loses via wide UD to Floyd Mayweather
Spence loses via MD over Paul Williams
Spence loses by KO against Miguel Cotto
Spence wins via close UD over Antonio Margarito
Spence loses via close UD to Pacquiao
Spence loses via SD to Keith Thurman
Spence gets SHUTOUT by Terence Crawford

    That's cute.. But in reality:

Peterson, mid 30s. Career LWW. Hadn't fought in a year.. Looks finished at the top level.

Kell Brook, had just been ruined by triple G at MW. Many people argued Porter beat him..

Bundu, aged 42 had already lost to Thurman. Fought an even fight with Frankie Gavin too LOL

Algieri, shot. Career LWW. Had already lost to PAC & Khan.

Not one peak, primed WW among them. Let alone an ATG, HOF worthy one... Where any even world class when he beat them? A Rival champion? LOL Spence is yet to start fighting the best of HIS era .

Now tell me who Trinidad, Margarito, Mosley, Cotto, PAC etc beat at WW?

    Trinidad vs Spence 50/50
    Spence over Quartey 60/40
De La Hoya over Spence 55/45
    Mosely 50/50
    Spence over Mayweather 60/40
    Williams 55/45 over Spence
    Spence 100 over Cotto
70/30, over Margarito, not sure if Spence has the type of chin like Clottey, or Williams that can take that type of plaster later in a fight.
    Spence over Pacroid 65-35
    Spence over Thurman 80/20
    Spence over Crawford 60/40

This thread is making me realize how weak the Welterweight division has been this century. Almost all the top guys were smaller men coming up in weight. Very few high quality career Welterweights in the past 2 decades.

What? You put Quartey at 50/50, a better chance than Tito?! That's crazy! Tito had explosive power. Loved watching him fight. I'd make it 55% Tito in that one.

Its laughable that people think Spence beats Trinidad. Trinidad was bigger, quicker and a far bigger puncher. Tito had 1 legit loss in his career at MW which he had no business fighting at against a guy who could fight a little bit named Bernard Hopkins!!! An all time great MW in his prime and it still took him 11 rounds to finally put the smaller Tito down. Tito ruins Spence.
