    Same. That boy can take a punch!

    But I would like to add that Mikey showed a really tight defense that night. Spence had a really hard time landing clean on that chin.

    he couldnt get mikey to drop his guard by attacking his body, mikey would bend into the shots and keep his head protected. thats something i also noted he had the ability to do before the fight. spence said he tried for a ko a couple times, mikeys defense was just too good, and mikey can always counter you if you get caught slippin for a sec.

    Sometimes taking a sustained beating like he did does more damage to a fighters career then a clean and quick KO.

    He took some good shots in the later rounds, but it wasn't a beatdown people are making it out to be. Mikey's defense was tight.

    I’m afraid that Mikey has Kell Brooked himself
    He added so much muscle he can never make 135
    At 140 where he will go he won’t be at his best weight

    just look at the difference. people think i favor mikey because i like him better than loma. not the case. loma cant hurt mikey, youve seen lomas last couple fights, youve seen mikey hit by a monster welter. loma could possibly outbox him, with the right plan, but mikey is, and should be, the favorite when you leave sentimentality out of it.

    I am leaving sentimentality out of it, to be honest, I don't think Mikey will quit or get KO'd, but I just happen to think Loma will outbox him cleanly.

    thats possible, loma is an elite boxer like few weve seen, but mikey is elite also, hes also bigger, stronger, harder punching and more durable. if loma beats mikey, he is without peer, the best fighter post pac-floyd era. period.
