Poor Joshua all the money he's supposedly making and he can't even afford a decent crib, Hearn must be fleecing him more than King did Tyson, lol. But seriously, that's his mums old council house I expect, heard he had move back there around the time of the Parker fight I think. He was renting out some mansion in London for 20K a week before.
That's apparently his place in Sheffield where he trains at the English Institute of sport. I suspect he has a much nicer place in London where he usually resides when he's not in camp for a fight.
He does say it’s for his training camps next to the gym... Wouldn’t be the first fighter that prefers to keep it simple while training. He isn’t trying to make out that’s his family home.

Its almost exactly like MTV cribs, except for MTV not giving a **** to do a cribs episode on AJ and AJ being the generous and humble man he is, presenting us with this gift in place of MTV's overlook because he knows its important to everyone in the world to know how great his place, home, toys, and life are. Thanks AJ! I was afraid MTV wrongly overlooked you and that none of us would have gotten the chance to see all that. Thank God you were looking out for you in light of MTV's mistake or lack of caring. Our lives collectively are all now much more fulfilled. Again, thank you, I no longer have to commit suicide. I was getting worried for a moment there.
