In all seriousness what makes Mayweather greater/better than Calzaghe p4p

    Mayweather moved up in weight classes and although he could be crafty as to WHEN he fought some of his opponents (Pacman was 6 YEARS past his prime); he was basically in deeper and for longer.

    Calzaghe was a great fighter but needs another handful of big names to be in Mayweather's category. A Froch and/or Ward would have helped.

    Having said, I think Calzaghe's victory over Hopkins was underrated at the time, given Hopkins was still fighting title fights 6 years later

    You know as well as I that no mistake has been made. You're just being really weird again which is par for the course when dealing with you.

    What was it that lead to this obsession with Joe Calzaghe? I'd be genuinely interested to know.

    Mayweather probably has a better resume but Calzaghe was right up there in P4P abilty if not above him. Calzaghe was an exceptional elite fighter.

    Floyd's level of oppisition throughout *HIS ENTIRE CAREER* was head and shoulders above Calzaghes.
