Yeah :(, but still The Miracle Man is also someone who is very very easy to root for, a man who beat cancer to become WC is incredible incredible stuff.

No, life is tough . He has got robbed in his 3 most important fight of his life (2004 Olympic Final, the 2 Canelo fight) but disappearing fron the World won’t help. He should have gone after BJS/Murata/Andrade in December and fight with Canelo in May and get his revenge.

He already made like 50 million dollars with this sport, famous, rich, good looking, nice wife, 2 healthy kids, national hero. No reason to cry, just go out there and ****ing fight and bring the “Mexican style”

If he fights Moonelo again it'll be in Vegas & we'll have the same BS judging & blatant robbery
The good part for Gennady is that he'll get well paid again & the boxing community will know who REALLY won the fight.
Actually Jose at the gym, one of the guys who named Canelo El Pollo & Moonelo yelled across the gym " Hey CJ did you hear Moonelo is fighting David Le Mieoux theyre naming the fight Battle of the Moo Men Moonelo v Le Moo " lol

N'Jikam is from the Jeff Horn, Joe Smith, Jaime Mungia school of boxing, meaning; tough guy, can't fight.

No doubt, hes one of my top 5 current fighters today. Actually I think both Danny and Peter Quillen would or could possibly be two of the most underrated guys in boxing if not the two most.

As for The Miracle Man Danny Jacobs, I'll always have his back no matter what and no matter who he fights, besides possibly Andrade because of my hometown bias and because I personally know Danny and basically watched(sometimes from afar) him grow up. Actually, ya, nah, I could never root against Andrade no matter what.

Andrade and Jacobs actually had a pretty fierce rivalry in the AM's and I dont think they ever fought. But there was always huge debate among the amateur scene in regards to who would be the better pro and have the better pro career? And the debates were always razor close, if you were in New England, Andrade would have been the answer and if you were in the tri state area Jacobs would have been the pick.

    This is exactly my point.

GGG in HNN in 2009 was like 65-35 in Gennady's favor.

By about 2015/16 it had widened to probably 90-10.

But now, in 2019...? Probably back to much nearer the former than latter. Even though HNN is no longer prime himself, much of what he does in the ring and the athleticism remaining to him seems closer to what he was nine years ago than is true of GGG.

Bro that's absurd. If anything I'd say he's more in the RJJ/Pascal/Mosley/Berto/Gary Russell camp - so athletically gifted they never quite had to drill the basic skills as much as others did, ultimately becoming able to do less with more as their speed & reflexes diminished with age. I still think all those guys have way more boxing skills than cavemen like Smith and Munguía...in which group, for the record, I don't think Horn even belongs. He is an effective dirty ass pressure fighter, like Orlando Salido. He's good at what he does...probably still less skilled overall than all the other names mentioned but I'd put him well ahead of Smith & Munguía who are just mindless bangers.

    GGG in 2019 GGG savagely KO's N'Dam.
    GGG in 2029 GGG savagely KO's N'Dam.
    GGG in 2039 GGG savagely KO's N'Dam.

Ooh, how about HNN vs. Horn, since the latter is now a middleweight? Some of what Horn brings stylistically overlaps with Murata...but he isn't close to as heavy-handed as the Japanese fighter. Could he get through with enough pipe busting pressure to drop HNN over 12? Would be very interesting.

Hmmm, I'll have to think on that one for a minute, I'll mull it over while scoring Edwards-Moreno.
