Well that would be a valid argument, if Salido was in any way as good as Pacquiao

So if Loma fought and beat Pacquiao, will he get the big time credit? Or he won't cause ppl like you will say cause Pacquiao is old? Get it?

Youre an absolute moron. Manny has spent the last ten years fighting at WW and above and you want Loma a guy who just recently moved to 135lbs and looked small to fight him? Mannys too big and strong for Loma. Anyone calling for that fight is an idiot.

Pacquiao was 149 against Broner. Salido was 148 against Lomachenko. Pacquiao was willing to drop down to 135. Lomachenko has a height advantage over Pacquiao as well as speed, defense, and youth. Everything but power would be stacked against Pacquiao. Oh, and Lomachenko's boxing IQ is supposed to be head and shoulders above as well. Oh, and Lomachenko is prime. Oh, and Pacquiao is old AF and fighting on borrowed time.

If you believe Manny is willing to go down to 135 because he says so I have a beach house in Kansas I want to sell you. I wont even bother addressing the rest of the nonsense you wrote because its not even worth a response. Fool.

Irrelevant. If inoue went up to HW and knock mofos out up there weighing the same as he does now, does that make him a HW? Or just a tiny guy good enough to knock out HWs?

You are indeed an absolute moron when you fail to comprehend simple logic.

Pac is essentially a LW fighting at WW. He weight 138lbs for Hatton.

Moreover this isn’t about weight. If Loma said “Pac too big” then that’s fine. But he made out like Pac is not even a worthy opponent because he’s too old. Meanwhile Spence and every other WW is chasing Pac.

It’s not that he don’t want to fight him, it’s the reasons he cited why he don’t want to fight him. But a moron like you wouldn’t understand.

It isn't a fight I want to see, either, but you're too quick to dismiss it as a possibility.

Manny is 40 and (as you might have noticed) famously-bad at holding on to his money. Loma has become so hopelessly-dominant at 135 lbs that he can't really get a huge payday unless he steps up in weight (which could be risky even for him) or finds a fight that generates big public interest. And as great as Loma is - I'd bet that Manny's name is better known in most parts of the world.

The highest-quality fights aren't the ones that have been the biggest payers. Hey, as a boxing fan, I thought the WBSS was/is awesome - bu they are on the cusp of insolvency.

Once you throw out Canelo/GGG (which doesn't get a pass, entirely, due to the silly-ass scoring by the judges in both fights) the biggest fights in the last couple years have been

    - Spence Jr/Garcia
    - Mayweather/MacGregor

Silly-ass mismatches, both, but they broke the bank.

If there's money in this fight - it can get made.

I think it was respect for Pac, I honestly do. He said he got nothing out of beating Rigo because he was bigger, i'm guessing with Pac its because he knows he's far from his best and probably a big fan..

Even at his age, I think that Pac would be too much of a force for Loma to overcome.

I understand all this already but none of this was the point of the post I was responding to. It was all about how its a fair fight in the ring and that there is no real size advantage for Manny which is complete b.s.
