Na people are just sheep. Yarde demolished Sjekloca who drew with Stieglitz for the Euro title in the same year. I dont care about excuses. That fight happened and was a European level fight and Yarde won easily. 90% of these hater online troll types are brand new to Boxing. Only know Boxing in the Hearn era and just follow what others say.
You’re the sheep. You think if anyone says anything bad about Warren or any of his fighters then it’s a big conspiracy and they’re all sheep. Just for a bit of context Sjejloca was ranked #57 by boxrec at the time of the fight whilst Yarde was holding a #2 spot with the WBO. It was a poor opponent for someone so highly ranked. Golovkin is #2 with the WBO at middleweight. It’s like him taking on Anderson Prestot, exactly. He will get plenty of deserved praise if he takes the Kov fight but let’s not try and laud #57 ranked fighters!
To much mouth with poor match making with his ability. He has his chance now to prove himself, a lot still don't think this Kov fight don't happen still. Nothing to do with Hearn what so ever, i'm going on the chat out of his camp
So like if Charlie Edwards, a WOLRD champion, defended his title against Angel Moreno who is #62 in the world on Boxrec? And no one gets in a big huff about that? You moron. Clear anti Frank agenda on display
Give over- you’re the biggest shill on here. I swear you’re on commission for BT. Warrington is one of (and rightly so) the most praised fighters on here. Dubois has also been afforded patience. The only way this fight happens is if Frank’s had enough and decides to cash out. The way he’s getting matched would suggest Frank knows he’s a hype job.
I agree that’s an underrated win but it’s only good win on his record, I was excited to see him in with mehdi amar would of been another good step up fight but it feel through.
I agree but Frank thinks Gornan v Dubois can do 40,000 lol. Tell you what mate if he thinks that and they think Kovalev v Yarde does huge numbers they should stick both fights on Same bill at Wembley. In reality anyone in the stadium could get a full row to themselves lol.
I must’ve imagined that everyone was saying “diabolical” before the fight on here. It happens both ways, if you put on a **** show you get criticised for it, **** match ups you get criticised for them! Yarde’s biggest problem is having a high rank with the WBO, using that as an excuse to avoid his domestic rivals and then fighting no marks. He’s nevr fought anyone in the boxrec top 30, while at the same time Tunde is shouting about how he’s RJJ, Mayweather and Tyson rolled in to 1!
He is really not ready for this, I do worry for him. This fight doesn't need to happen yet, there's no public demand, very little money will be made vs the risk its just very silly and premature. It is definitely a consequence of Warren pursuing this WBO route without looking ahead. Also, with these sudden massive step ups, people always say "what's the worst that'll happen? He'll come again...". No, if you get knocked spark out it can affect your whole career and knock the confidence of someone who clearly relies on it in his training camps. Its just a pointless fight, we have exciting domestic matchups in the division this does nothing for no one. Just a quick thrill.
No, he has avoided everyone domestically and turned down multiple shots on the works stage. Yet he still bangs on like he’s better than everyone else. He could be with anyone and he’d still receive the same amount of hate. He is deluded.
With all due respect I don't think your comparison between golovkin and yarde in this instance is fair. Yarde may be ranked no 2 with the WBC but the fight happened in his 14th fight and he is currently only ranked number 9 with boxrec if you chose to use this as your source, meanwhile golovkin is a multiple time world champion and seasoned veteran with 40 fights and 1 defeat currently ranked no2 on boxrec. Further to this, based on current boxrec rankings Sjejloca is ranked 29th so not quite the same
Bit of an overreaction. Kovalev was KOd not long back and will be 36 by the time the fight happens. It's not Anthony Joshua or Deontay Wilder that Yarde will be stepping in the ring with here. It's similar to the Okolie situation, this is your best chance to beat one the 'names' who are probably coming to the end of their careers. If Yarde can get the fight at home, why not? If he loses to a points decision, fine. No shame in that. But Yarde could have the power to get Kovalev out of there. I think there is quite a lot of demand for this. People hate on Yarde because he won't apparently 'step up'. Well here he will be. You can't have it both ways.
Because both fights are the best non title fights Warren has had in a long time both could hold a card as a main event, well not really but Warren will see it like that. Also yarde ain't fighting kov.
