That's big bro, how many push ups/ pull ups where you doing per set at your peak? Only interested as the only other excersises I have in my training routine as well as push-ups and pull-ups are box jumps, weighted leg raises and the occasional plank.

In regards to the OP Langford deserves a mention, holding his own against virtually every heavyweight he fought despite being outweighed 20/25 pounds for the most part and sometimes more.

Naseem Hamed was freakishly strong for his frame, in addition to his vaunted power - he could probably have fought at 122 deep into his career with better discipline. In several of his fights he literally threw his opponents across the ring.

Winky Wright may not have been the strongest per se, but he was exceptionally strong relative to his reputation as a slick boxer (at least after the Vazquez fight). He bullied Mosley around with ease, who was regarded as extremely strong in his own right.

Thats not what happened at all.

First clip wilder swings but Ortiz ducks and it goes over his head. Next punch it was clearly an accident because instead of following it up with another he makes sure to land on the temple/side of the head.

Second clip once again wilder is throw wide hooks. Ortiz blocks some. The issue is Wilder's poor aim and finishing ability+Ortiz desperate attempts to block and evade the shots that leads to one of the punches landing near the back if the head.

When someone is maliciously and intentionally trying to aim for a rabbit punch, theyre not gonna change targets or try a completely different punch with a different arm when following up.

The Basque Woodchopper Paulino Uzcudun might be in that list.

Bowe is deceptively strong, considering his pudgy physique

Norris benching 350 seems implausible (though definitely not impossible).

And here's his manager boasting about how Norris could bench 250:

Mosley was a freakishly strong guy, especially at lightweight where he had a size edge, but even at 147.

That's part of the reason why Margarito was screwed against Mosley. Because he was able to physically manhandle Cotto, but couldnt do so against Mosley.

Ad Wolgast was described by some to be very strong with raw aggression .. I'm sure him being a mountain man in those harsh condition added to this.... The scheduled 45 rounder with Nelson was BRUTAL.. Here a great article written by Ted Spoon

For lighter weights, I would have to say Jung Koo Chang was underrated strength wise. He was very controlling in the clinch, sort of octopus style, like Andre Ward.

Sung Kil Moon is probably the strongest at this weight I've seen. The man was like an oak tree. Raw physicality.

I would also mention Khaosai Galaxy, but he was super ripped and wide shouldered.
