I thought Pavlik may be biting off more than he could chew, though I did believe his age advantage might pull him through...

I was not at all surprised by the outcome, other than the sheer one-sideded nature of the fight.

I have already been banned twice on this forum for 'racial trolling' so I'll try to say this as carefully as possible:

Decent white fighters will always be highly overrated and overly celebrated by the 'experts' and fans alike, while great, outspoken black fighters like B-Hop and Mayweather for example will always have their legacies and accomplishments questioned and short-changed.

Think of how we run out and put guys on a pedestal after a couple of good wins: guys like Pavlik, Kovelev, this new guy Usyk, and even GGG for that matter... All nice fighters, but hardly worth the praise that has been heaped upon them..

Now contrast that with a guy like Hopkins, who started his career with little fanfare or hype, and had to wait till he was 36 years old with a half decade of dominating his division before he ever got the type of credit that Pavlik was getting after beating the likes of Edison Miranda...

Ironically, the only white fighter who doesn't get the credit he deserves actually might just be the best of his era, and that would be Joe Calzaghe...

But back to original question, I remember a quote by the Moronic Larry Merchant at the weigh in for B-Hop vs Pavlik in which merchant suggested that Pavlik would send B-Hop back to prison after beating him so badly

I picked right, but I claim no credit. I just never, ever picked against Hopkins. SO I was wrong whenever he lost and right whenever he won.

"Does that compound skill make him the G.O.A.T? Maybe not, but he's definitely in the conversation."

"So far, Mayweather has been the only man to go a flawless 50-0 over a 21-year career. And that’s why he’s worthy of the G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time) moniker in my book. He truly earned it."

Absolutely not. The above are a collection of articles literally suggesting that Mayweather is the greatest fighter of all time, or could be. They are all on the front page of a Google search. To suggest that Floyd is underestimated because of his skin colour is ignorant of the media at best.

Well this comment is not really ban worthy but it is easy to see why with your thought process that you are frequently banned, I will say I do hope there is a 3 strikes and your out policy....I have been on this forum for 13 years and have not received a warning or a ban....the rules are pretty simple if people are able to have a civil discourse and avoid baiting in terms of race religion and politics. Good luck....I think
