i think its difficult to beat drug testing mate. Sure u may be right and there may be a certain % that will test the boundaries and take low doses and cycle off,but theres out of competition testing too right.Means they could show up any time.

im not sure why a big deal is being made of his increased size,i put on close to 30 kgs over a few short years just by weight training and im just a plum. He would have access to much more techologically superior training and nutrition

It's laughably easy if you have the money and connects. T:E ratio testing can be beaten by just taking epitestosterone with your doses. This is what Floyd did. They do not do CIR testing unless they have suspicions on the T:E test. CIR testing can also be circumvented by having testosterone custom synthesized from animal sources, which requires some money and connections. No issues when you're a star lol. You can even manipulate the C13 content of your own body via diet lol.

That's just testosterone. What AJ also abuses is likely HGH and slin, a combo that is more anabolic than testosterone alone. These are even harder to detect than testosterone usage lol.

Not to mention with AJs resources he could possibly have something undetected for him to personally use synthesized.

Lol technologically superior training and nutrition. How much more technologically superior can it get? Lmao. Diet is everything in training even with PEDs, but isn't magical. Your body has to do the rest with a proper diet.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to put on lean mass when training for boxing? Especially 12 rounders like AJ? You do pure lifting and you put on 30kg with a lot of it being fat. Cut down until you are absolutely shredded and that'll show you how much lean tissue you actually built. Meanwhile AJ walks around lean af.

I know that many Black's that I've trained with, or trained, had physiques that were low in body fat, and high in muscle. No P.E.D.s needed. Some of you are just haters.

Agree. If you look at old school boxers and ask old school trainers what the physique of the ideal boxer is, they would describe guys like Hearns, SRL, Mayweather Jr and Whittaker. Muscles require more oxygen. Things have changed with roids. I'm suspect of guys like Holyfield, JMM, Pacquiao (in higher divisions) and obviously Joshua who have unbelievable stamina for their mass.

joshua has quite narrow shoulders/ average chest muscles/average lats/ /very defined abs and big arms and looks nothing like the size of all the body builders you see working out on tv.

Show me another HW boxer of any background who looked like Joshua prior to the 1950s and I'll concede your point.

I know many that are on and many that aren't. The ones that aren't on but with good genetics look decent but still look natural. Go figure. "Black genetics" are a cope that puts pressure on blacks to hop on steroids to live up to the stereotype.

For some reason people that aren't involved in the PED scene gives everyone the benefit of the doubt when it comes to usage even though usage is rampant. People of all races are using them. Hell even middle schoolers use them. Some scientific study showed that blacks are more likely to use PEDs in the specific school they studied.

It's not surprising when you have society telling you that your people are naturally athletic and swole. Kinda gives an inferiority complex when you don't seem to have the so called "black genetics" naturally right? So what do they do to get an extra edge?

Even if your diet was spot on you'd have gained fat, simply because the human body has to gain fat when it gains muscle naturally. That's why large increases in lean muscle mass over a short time are so suspicious.

Joshua's obviously a hard worker, but that doesn't mean he doesn't also juice.

Joshua may very well be on PEDS, but I’m yet to see a solid argument to back it up.

It all seems to boil down to him having a muscular figure, which is a weak argument.

"Black genetics" is one of the most ridiculous bits of fluff I've heard in the fitness industry in years. You'll have so-called natty bodybuilders on youtube swole out of their mind with veins popping out all over the place talking about how to get ripped on a pair of bars in the park while chomping on cheeseburgers and people will still lap that **** up because, y'know, black genetics.

It sets a terrible example to people of all backgrounds to have this garbage rammed down their throats.

An example of an elite athlete that never did steroids (He didn’t even know what they were back then) was Mickey Mantle. He was built and lean but not laboratory built and lean. Ran around 4.2 40 speed (Got to first base in less than 3 seconds) and had explosive power enough to hit baseballs around 550-600 feet. BACK THEN.

But when you look at the physique of Mantle and then look at goons like Joshua... it’s glaringly different and it has way more to do then just diet differences and the weight room. And let’s face it... you don’t go from 220lbs to Joshua’s obnoxious 245lbs in a little over a year like UKAD’s Golden Boy did out of the Olympics.
