I believe it was on ESPN Classics. They had documentaries about Hagler/Hearns, Leonard/Hagler, Hearns, Duran. Pretty good stuff on big fights of the past.
I have watched the video, if I had any doubt now I have none. Floyd's boxing would destroy leonard's boxing. Had leonard a chance, it would only be his size, period.
Floyd fought like leonard at lw with power speed and agression. But floyd did not carry that style or p ower to ww. Leonard gets the knod with power and size at welter weight. But how does pretty boy floyd do at his best weight. Light weight against aaron the hawh pryor?

Me Most of the votes (presumably for Sugar Ray) are I suspect heavily tainted by rose coloured glasses ("but it was the classic era though" etc etc). Floyd has simply never been outboxed and no one has ever figured out how to beat him. He rarely get's hit and, when he has, has taken it very well. Hell the couple of times he's been rocked briefly he stayed calm and immediately began to outbox his opponent. This is a 50\50 points decision fight. Probably split or majority decision either way.
