As someone that isn't even a fan of Whyte I must say that Charr's level of hubris is sickening, Whyte is leagues ahead of him in terms of skillset, ranking, ability, and worthiness. I wouldn't even rank Charr in my top 15.......If Whyte were to stoop to his level to offer him a shot, Charr should be grateful

I think it would be a brutal KTFO rather than stoppage.

i rarely agree with Diamond boy but he's right you know.
Whyte is not worth it, Fast Fres-Charr for all the marbles is right around the corner.

I'm kind of glad Charr is ducking Whyte, I mean Whyte is far better than Charr, Whyte could show up weighing 300lbs and have the flu and still KO Charr.

The WBA regular belt is for has beens and never will be's not for legitimate world class contenders like Whyte.

lol Charr's poundland belt is an ongoing WBA April fools joke.

I give David Price a decent chance against Charr - that's how poor he is.

These comments are just a cloaked revelation that Diamond Boy has a fight lined up with Tyson Fury. It would be naive to think that Fury wouldn’t jump at the chance to win a fake belt from a top thirty fighter and parade himself around as the heavyweight champion.

Think your right. Would make a lot of sense and Fury has repeatedly name checked Charr when talking of possible opponents.

Espn/top rank won't care that the belt is weak. They would have their own heavyweight champion with an actual strap to parade before and after.

Fury is also perhaps the only guy who could give that crappy belt some slight sense of legitimacy. He would have his lineal claim, having held all the belts aj holds (bar the Ibo?) have a moral claim on Wilders wbc belt after the questionable scorecards in LA and he would have the wba regular to complete the set. Useful leverage in big fight discussions?

Easy fight, espn have their own heavyweight champion, bet it's worth more to them than anyone else.

Whyte has no fight, turned down 5M and won’t be fighting anyone decent in July so shouldn’t laughing...

I'll never forget Eddie Hearn talking to Miller and saying if "you can fight an Emanuel Char and look good in beating him,you could end up getting the AJ fight".
The way he said "an Emanuel Char"was him basically saying he could get Miller loads of Char like opposition who have a bit of a name but are basically no good lol.

AJ and Fury must be desperate for that regular belt. Charr, Oquendo, Bryan, its coveted by all the greats.

Ironic as there are not many heavyweights more irrelevant than Charr.

Agreed, it's actually a blessing in disguise. Maybe we'll get to see Whyte fight Luis Ortiz instead.
