repeat what? This video has never been shown here. The thought of showing it here certainly never occurred to you otherwise you would have shown it.

No, repeating yourself is more your style

"disregard the evidence shown on the video and listen to the rehashed tripe that appeals to Flash24"

"Hagler has only himself to blame"

    "Hagler fought the wrong style"

    ....
    etc...

    etc....

Instead of reacting so violently to the video, you should be thanking me for the enlightenment

The result is that Leonard won. I can accept that. I agree with it. I watched it live rooting for Hagler and dont think he won. Period. Every time I watch it Id love to give it to him but he didnt win it and dont come up with a score that sees him with a W beside name. He sure as **** didnt win anything near 10 rounds. Ray Charles could come up with a better card than that.

I dont trust any video that takes a 36 minute fight and tries to score it in 15 minutes or less. Thats not how boxing is judged

The judges watch the fight 1 time from 1 vantage point at the actual speed

Merely counting punches isnt how boxing in the pros is scored as there are multiple scoring criteria. Also merely counting connects can be deceiving as other posters pointed out like in close punches in clinches without any real leverage.

How do we even know that every punch is counted in this video and not just the ones the video maker wants to be shown?

I'd rather score fights the proper way, watching the whole fight round by round

If you used the same technique, Riddick Bowe won his rematch with Evander Holyfield 12-0 ... a complete shutout.

Bowe outlanded Holyfield in every round, and he ended up landing (not throwing, landing 100 MORE punches than Holyfield did).

But no sane human being would watch Bowe-Holyfield II and award Riddick Bowe all 12 rounds. Each punch doesn't have the same value. Never has. Never will.

That's why they don't use punchstat to officially determine a winner. Genius.

Is this thread really in the classic forum? Feels like a thread someone who just started watching boxing would create.
