Granados is the kind of fighter that gives everybody hell and I think a bad matchup for Danny at this stage in his career. Danny better hope he hurts Granados or it will be a long grueling night for him and I hope he's preparing for a war.

We also get another Mexican vs Puerto Rican rivalry this could be fight of the year.

My prediction is Granados wins a war in a close decision with no controversy against a bloody Danny Garcia who retires or becomes a gate-keeper.

It wouldn't shock me in the least, Granados' style is all wrong for Danny. But I also think Adrian gets a little too reckless sometimes, and Danny will catch him with a hook and KO him.

True, but I think Granados can take the power.

Possibly, but I didn't like the way he was reacting to some of Javier Fortuna's shots, and he's a former Super Featherweight and a small one at that. And while Danny's power is overrated, when you leap head first into it, it can still be quite devastating, ask Rios and Samuel Vargas.

That was a washed up Rios and Vargas gets dropped by everybody, Granados also gave porter hell. Fortuna is a tricky fighter and he hasn't been at 126 in a while now and when he was turning on the heat and Fortuna quit.

Danny is the first person to stop him. Granados' being a forward guy is giving Danny what he wants, the ability to sit and counter. Danny cannot hunt guys down and he won't need to in this fight. I know the popular thing is to slander Danny but his strengths play well in this fight to me. Danny is sturdy as they come, an excellent counter puncher, and good enough power to get him outta there.

Possibly, but since the Herrera fight that fire in Danny isn't the same and him stopping Vargas or Rios just doesn't convince me, because Granados is a live dog.

Herrera is just a horrible, horrible matchup. No one really looks elite against him (I thought Danny was very lucky to win that one myself).
Granados is absolutely a live dog, but what's made him hang tough against Broner and Porter is gonna work against him this time IMO.

One of my biggest underdog hits in recent years was Granados to beat Imam at, I **** you not, +900. Think I had $200 on it.

Wonder if he's capable of playing the role of underdog and winning here...
