Golovkin should forget about Canelo. I scored the second fight a draw and the longer this fight is off for the less chance I give Golovkin of winning. A fight against another top tier MW is more interesting to me anyway. I felt the same before the rematch and it's even moreso now.

 

Don't deflect though - you are one of the worst offenders here in the hypocrisy stakes.
The constant threads on this by yourself and the other two trolls is absolutely tedious.

This entire thread seems to ignore the fact that GGG - Canelo 3 is a certainty no matter if Golovkin has 10 belts or none. DAZN just paid a small mountain of cash to both fighters and they didn't pay it for Canelo to fight Fielding six times or for Golovkin to fight Rolls & company. It's clear that GGG/Canelo is one of the biggest money bouts out there and its going to happen.

My take on this is that Canelo wants to age GGG even more, until he's as mobile and athletic as a dried prune. What's better than to string him along demanding belts etc to get him to 38 years old and hopefully on a walker? Golovkin had Canelo in trouble a couple of times in #2 and it was touch and go for a stoppage in the 10th.

On the other hand, looking into my crystal ball, it seems to me that this might backfire on Canelo if the Jacobs fight is really close - and it might be. There could well be a demand for a rematch. Jacobs is a guy that can up his game for the occasion, and if Canelo fights two wars against Jacobs and GGG fights two Rolls type fighters it could be Canelo who is the worse for wear.

Personally I think GGG / Canelo needs to happen this year, and anybody that says otherwise is a ****-sucking fanboy dick-cheese sampler with a bigger stake in licking Canelo's nutsack than seeing a fair (lol, as fair as it can be with GGG at 37) fight.

 

This time I agree with Canelo. Since Canelo is now aiming to be lineal champion of this class, the only way to challenge him is either have a belt or become mandatory.

So......that's what Teofimo must do if he wants to fight Loma.

Case in point this thread, anyone that thinks a pro fighter of Golovkin needs to pick up a trinket to justify a third bout is a revisionist dickhead who is not a fan of boxing - they are a fanboy or GBP.
