Vitali survives the first 3 or 4 rounds then begins to beat Mike in to submission making Mike fight off his back foot. Vitali by KO in round 8 after knocking a tired Mike down multiple times

Its a tough fight for Tyson no doubt. Vitali has the chin to take his power and the physical attributes to tie Tyson up and control him. The size difference is pretty immense. I remember seeing them together a while ago and thinking it would look ridiculous them fighting. I think it could be a snore fest, Tyson rushing in and being neutralised, I think the styles might clash in a bad way. could go either way on points in that case, I'd edge towards Vital.

 

If Vitali can survive enough of Mike's early work and doesn't get cut, he might have a chance to win over the distance using his size, good chin and workrate to frustrate Tyson.

On the balance of likelihood though, I take that version of young prime Tyson to win a UD.

 

Really? I've heard people call Tyson a bad matchup for Marciano, but Marciano is also an ATG in terms of chin and volume, especially volume

 

Vit get s hurt and stunned very early .He goes on the defensive ,holding and Tying Tyson up .Mike would get frustrated and we'd see some vicious after bell punches .The pace wouldn't change much from there on ,Tyson lashes out at Klitschko ,rocks him and Vitali attempts to shut him down .After 12 pretty uneventful round s ,Tyson wins all cards .

If Vitali weathers the early storm, he would either get KO'd later or hold on for dear life and lose a UD. In order to beat Tyson late, you have to dominate him early on. I don't see this happening at all. Vitali struggled with a fat, out of shape, wannabe brawler in Lennox Lewis and got stopped on cuts. Vitali showed he couldn't take the rough house tactics of a skilled brawler.

Despite the height and reach advantages, Vitali will have trouble with a skilled defensive master who makes you pay when you miss. Tyson KO8 Vitali.

 

Vitali just like Wlad were afraid of pressure. The reason Vitali didn't get knocked down was because of how timid he fought. He was hurt various times against Lennox Lewis despite how his fans act like he wasn't and Vitali was hurt badly by old Corrie Sanders. A young Tyson had problems with movers. Tyson would also have problems with strong fighters who were aggressive, punched hard, and could take his punch. Guys like Foreman for example. Vitali wasn't aggressive. Vitali's punching power was overrated. He usually took tons of rounds to knock out fighters that were knocked easier by other fighters.

Vitali would be destroyed. If he manged to make a few rounds it would be a miracle. No slow timid fighter would ever stand a chance against Tyson. This coming from a person who despises Mike Tyson.
